They lost the headstone
We used William Dunphy as the funeral director for my aunt, and I wish we had not used them. In the process of organising the funeral itself, they seemed indifferent about providing a good service to us, and I had to take the initiative to make sure the right things were done at the right times. But the biggest cause of upset was the pre-existing headstone for my uncle, to which we needed to add my aunt’s details. They lost the headstone and were completely ineffective in solving the problem. After many months of frustration, I found a way to bypass this company and resolve the problem myself. I cannot give a positive recommendation for this company.
