Camila Scot of Wbcom was helpful. I got a super prompt help with my BuddyX Theme. Although I am a free version user, I got irst attention. I am satisfied. I will eventually buy the lifetime version once we fully deploy it and we are sure it meets our need.

I've used several of their plugins. Occasionally support was needed but they were quite prompt in their support and solved the issue.

A plugin made a conflict and they fixed it immediately, great plugins anf great support.

They provided me great advice on how to achieve the best display and function for my blog.

So far so good, they have a very good product. However, their poor support gives it all away. I often regret doing business with them.

As everyone else said, just stay 100 miles away from them. Their product quality is the worst and support doesn't exist.

They sell "subscription" products. I contacted them the day of my renewal to cancel. They refused to refund the charge. Their products and services are not good. They're policies and customer services are even worse. Avoid doing business with this company.

I purchased Reign theme from Wbcom Designs, the support team was very helpful and I got the perfect website what I was looking for.

They advertised a highly customizable theme for a website. Their theme was not customizable outside of elementor's features. I deactivated the plugin and asked for a refund 20 minutes after purchase as I felt misled by their marketing and website. Support staff, "Camilia", ignored my request and was completely rude about it. Thankfully my bank gave me my money back. Terrible service. Unacceptable.
