I'm using the Buddy X theme. In a world where Saas companies range from very good (DIVI) to very poor, I've had very GOOD experiences with Wbcom. I had an issue with a Dokan registration form and it was fixed quickly.

The only thing I don't like (and the reason for the 4 stars) is their online documentation. The videos are hard to see, hear, and understand: Poor visuals, sound quality, instruction that moves too fast, and yes, the accent although this wouldn't be as much of an issue for me if the sound and visual quality was better and they moved at a slightly slower pace. I've talked to people all over the world and usually accents aren't much of a problem for me, (I am learning a second language and have nothing but respect for those who are multi-lingual) but in this case, it really, truly was an obstacle. Maybe it's my hearing.

I'm pretty tech-savvy. I can watch something fairly dry, but some of their videos are so bad I can only watch about 30 seconds before my brain shuts down.

The written documentation is better.
Minor thing: I like talking to a real person and am not a fan of canned responses and overly formal language, which comes across differently to North Americans, who prefer directness, transparency, and authenticity. This isn't a deal-breaker but I've found that there are some agents that speak like real people, and others with more "canned" responses.

Overall, I am happy and the only reason I'm not giving it more stars is because of the poor quality of their video documentation. (In my opinion) which could save a lot of time both for me and their own staff, who have been very helpful.

I usually give 5 stars to companies like DIVI who make asking questions or solving problems (almost) fun with screenshots, code snippets, and gifs, have easy to follow documentation, and answer real-world scenarios: ("How do I set this up so I can_____")

Again, their support staff does a great job. Note: as users, we can also help by making clear videos and snapshots to make their job easier as well!

Bottom line: They get the job done. 4 stars.
