Excellent service from Watchfinder in Leeds
I have used Watchfinder in Leeds twice now and cannot recommend them highly enough.
My most recent experience was purchasing an Omega Seamaster. Matt took time to ensure the watch met their standards before selling it to me.

Having never previously bought a second…
Having never previously bought a second hand watch, I was somewhat hesitant when ordering from Watchfinder, despite the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service received. My Tudor watch was described as being in "excellent" condition, but on receiving delivery and opening the box, quite frankly it could have come straight from the showroom. The watch was in impeccable condition and trust me, I'm fussy! Delivery from DHL was flawless. Genuine thanks to the team at Watchfinder!

Great Experience
Had my watch for 5 months but had a slight issue and I have been so impressed with the customer service team. Arranged free collection immediately of the watch, Eloise and Abigail in the customer team kept me update on the process of ordering new parts and completing the works and with free delivery of my watch again.

Returned to Watchfinder after a few years. This is the third Rolex I have bought from them. The level of professional service I received from Alfie was fantastic, he answered all my questions and provided me additional information to reassure me about the purchase. The watch I received was absolutely pristine, it had stated it was in excellent condition, but I can only say that it was perfect, boxed with documents and securely delivered by DHL. I will definitely be using Watchfinder again and can say that their standards have not changed over the years, it’s still the most professional and reliable place to buy a pre owned watch. BONUS - Original papers included after all, dated October 1969, plus user manuals !!
BONUS - It's a (double) 'Red box 10' transitional model !! (Only produced for a couple of years at the end of the 60's)

Great watch, lackluster buying experience
The watch was excellent, in really good condition. The price was just insane, but it was a rare watch (so I really didn’t have an alternative if I wanted the watch), the buying experience was pretty sterile, and very slow. This is not how buying watches should feel. I’ve bought from Watchfinder and Subdial in recent times. I’d recommend Subdial all day, Watchfinder only if you really have to.
