I ordered a watch as a Christmas present and came to wrap it today only to notice that they sent a completely different style and colour. Watches2U refuses to acknowledge any fault and said I was responsible for checking the item within 14 days which I appreciate is their policy. No mention or apologies for the initial error - only referencing the time frame. The 14 days is not noted anywhere evident on purchase as it’s in the fine print that they insist on hiding behind as opposed to rectifying their mistake, accepting a return and sending me the watch I ordered in the first place. I’m not asking for a refund - just for them to fix their mistake and send me the correct watch! I’m not sure why that’s so difficult and how frequently these errors occur on their behalf for them to hide behind T&C’s. Needless to say this has been an awful and costly experience and I do not recommend them to anyone…

Order 1781788 was approved 19-11-24, the order was fulfilled and despatched on 20-11-24.
Since then the tracking information states provided processed at mail centre, since then the status has remained the same for well over a week.
I know it’s being sent to New Zealand however stuff normally arrives within 5 days, unable to get a response from the company

Exceptional service! Bought a watch set and within 24 hours it had arrived as described, well packed and perfect! Superb from start to finish and would recommend this company for any purchase.

Delivery is very fast. I ordered the watch on a Monday, the watch had already arrived by Wednesday same week.
The prices are highly competitive, and the watch styles are fabulous.
I will be ordering again.

Brilliant service and prices as always

I bought a Timex watch from them but it didn't work. A jewellers told me the battery was fine but the watch is defective. I asked for a refund but Watches2U said I had to apply to Timex. (Imagine buying a coat in a shop and discovering a defect and the shop says sorry, not my responsibility, you have to go to the manufacturer.) So I contacted Timex at the address they gave me but they only cover the UK (I'm in New Zealand.) They gave me a link to the international site. But there is no authorized Timex dealer in New Zealand. I contacted the international service centre but was informed there there is no way I can get a refund from anywhere. So be warned. Watches2U pointed out that their terms and conditions state that they are not responsible for defective goods - but who reads terms and conditions? Well I will from now on. But I would never use Watches2U again.
In reference to their reply below I have contacted Watches2U several times. It's useless. Since I wrote this review Timex have told me categorically that it is the retailer's responsibility to deal with defective goods. Watches2U is the retailer. They state explicitly in their t&c that they do not take responsibility. So in effect no-one does - so be warned - if your watch is defective you are unlikely to get your money back. If you're prepared to take that risk then go ahead. Good luck.

Please, avoid this company. I don’t often review but this has to be said

I bought a Skagen Freya ladies watch and was very pleased with it until the black leather strap broke within 10days of purchase. I returned the strap for a replacement on 07/10/24 and have heard nothing to date. Very poor customer service.

Awful customer service

First time customer
Ordered a watch which didn’t suit and contacted them the same day I received it. Email message advised to follow link and kickstart returns process. I opted for the pre generated Royal Mail label and the message said they’d be in touch with instructions and label.

It’s been a week and despite sending several emails I have still not had a response. Paid with Klarna and the window to return is about to close

- the type of website that can afford to cancel orders, instead of taking care a new customers. Pretty 💩🚽 1st contact with this website, so I'm happy to spend my money somewhere else. Also, the people who reply to messages don't really understand what you say, a classic problem of the outsourced customer care. I had a request... the karen who replied thought my request was "iLlEgAl". Brah🤣🤦‍♂️

The clasp on my watch broke, so I asked if they could send me a replacement one, rather than have to buy the full strap. They sent me a replacement strap free of charge. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much x

Haven’t received my watch after a month and have sent multiple emails to their help service email with absolutely no response

I ordered one watch as a gift. Unfortunately it was returned due to receivers fault. The returning process was really long, However, I understand the company's policy and procedure. And throughout the process Lauren helped me. The email was replied on time giving me the assurance. Until, I receive my full refund she was really patience with me and did everything she could to make my process swift. I really really appreciate Lauren for this. Thank you so much for your help. I definitely suggest to other people as well. Customer service was 10/10. Thanks guys.

Watch never arrived. Customer service made me jump through multiple hoops including getting a police crime number. Despite the police confirming that the watch went to the wrong address I have still been refused a refund. Absolutely shocking company and would avoid these fraudsters at all costs.

**edit** it is good to see you lie on here too. You have the crime number and also the screenshots of the contact with the police. So saying it doesn't exist is 100% a lie

Customer service is unreachable by phone, poor accessibility by email. Paid €12 for the ridiculous return fee. Never order from this website again!
