Very disappointing experience. Ordered only to save money, but ended up paying an extra cost in customs that was not clearly shown at checkout. If I had known, I would have bought locally. The package also arrived late and missed my friend’s birthday. Poor transparency and misleading checkout process. Would not recommend.

For order#1918128 . There are 2 transactions made, one is cancelled no money was deducted from my bank account. However the 2nd transaction was went through therefore amount is deducted but I received a email about this order is cancelled but there' no confirmation or status updated about when my refund will be back.

I contacted CS for 2 times their replies keep spinning around but never answer to the point

how I want to ask you- are you going to cancel my order without issuing refund to me???

Superb. Quick one-day delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the description on the website was wrong (the colour wasn't accurate)... But no big deal, I returned it and they credited me back the same day they received it...!

Best price for a beautiful ice watch for my Fiancée... she loved it. Genuine product and perfect new condition and working fine.
Ordered Thurday and arrived tracked delivery the next day.

Looking for a watch for a gift, Google brought me to Watches2U. I read a few reviews and not having heard of the company before, I was wary because of a handful of poor reviews mentioning delivery and stock issues and poor customer service.

To 'test the water', I emailed late one evening with a question about stock and delivery, and to my surprise, I had an emailed comprehensive response from their out of hours customer service team within about 30 minutes. I also found with a bit of digging that they are UK based and their stock is despatched from their UK warehouse.

I took the plunge and placed an order, which arrived two days later, well packaged and in perfect condition.

The watch I ordered was a mechanical automatic watch, so I can't comment on the issues a couple of others have mentioned with their watches arriving with flat batteries, but all I can say is that I am very impressed with the service from Watches2U and would not hesitate to use them again.

This company sent me my watch with a dead battery! It doesn't check the watch is functioning before it sends it out. I replaced the battery as I liked the watch but they refuse to reimburse me the cost of the new battery! Don't buy from them!

Avoid!! Purchased a watch from here on black Friday i put this away until Christmas as it was a gift. Opened on Christmas day to try on and noticed the clasp was faulty - came loose and didn't fasten correctly. There was also a diamond missing on the face. Contacted customer services 3 times once on Christmas day with no response (now four weeks later). I've since contacted a further two times and had a reply asking for order number - sent this then heard nothing back. Out of pocket with a watch not fit for purpose! Absolutely shocking company!! Order number 1632320 for reference!

Very pleased with the watch....it's smart and stylish ......slimline and not too chunky....
However l was very disappointed that the date window is so miniscule that you can't decipher the date without a magnifying glass...
I wanted the date function and on the pictures on the site the window appeared much bigger....so perhaps this is why they have reduced this model....🤔😥

I ordered a watch yesterday at 13.30, it was delivered today at 10.30am. I live 20 miles from John o Groats, in the far north of Scotland. I am truly amazed with such quick delivery.
The ICE watch is perfect, in the sale for half the normal price, but best of all delivery was free!!
I will never shop anywhere else for a watch from now on.

quick efficient delivery and product perfect

I was nervous about ordering an expensive watch from another country. I've always bought directly at the department store. But, when Diesel discontinued their red Mega Chief watches at the store, I was left scrambling to find the perfect gift to complete my partner's watch collection. I saw it on Watches2U and ordered for less than what it was originally on their site and less than when it was at the department store one month prior. I did pay for expedited shipping. But, I wanted it as close to his birthday as possible. Coming from a shipping company in London to USA (Tennessee, small town, by the way), it came in by today, the day they told me it would. It was packaged intact and looked just like it did when I bought a different Mega Chief at Dillard's. So, I just want to thank you!!! I highly recommend them for any of your watch needs. Was sceptical about buying from here after reading some of the reviews. I can honestly say there were no problems at all. Paid for item and received it 3 days later. No complaints here..

24 hours from ordering to first class delivery to west mids..tracked all the way. Received my g shòck steel today in perfect condition and already set up...Brill service and realy good price..many thanks..Roger Ashcroft.

Do not ever order from this store!!!!!!!!!. It is a scam!!!!!!!!.

I have ordered a watch 3 weeks ago and it has still not left there warehouse. They keep on saying they are waiting on stock!!!!. I have opened 5 tickets requesting a refund as they have taken my money and not provided me with a watch, all 5 tickets were closed and ignored.

They will respond on this platform with a generic response, fooling you to believe they car

Largely, the condition and appearance of the watch was fine, exactly what I ordered. However, the watch was missing the crown and came without a battery. It is faster and cheaper for me to take it to a watch repair shop than go go through the exchange process and pay for international shipping to return the item.

The item I received isn’t unusable, but I don’t think I will order from this seller again.

Great genuine watches! Great price, one watch was on back order the sent the other one anyway and kept me updated of when the next one was due to be in and sent it out as soon as they had it.
