Warrington blinds cancelled my appointment last week and remade it for today. After the appointment time I called and was advised no new appointment was made. I was informed that I cancelled the appointment due to a poorly child when in fact the guy called me and said his car had broken down. This is not good service

Used Warrington Blinds Direct for the first time, the service from Martin and the rest of team was exceptional.

The prices were also very reasonable and the fitting of the blinds was flawless.

From stepping into the showroom to a full house measure, Julie took all the stress of choosing curtain and Roman fabrics, nothing was too much trouble, even came out to help fit them, the installation was very professional and clean. I love my new window dressings, thank you to all the staff for a pleasant experience

Bought their 'Perfect Fit' blinds and had nothing but trouble and awful and rude customer service ever since. They now refuse to honour warranty and repair the blinds.
I will be replacing the whole lot.

Me and my partner wanted some new blinds didn’t know what time or style we wanted, we came to warrington blinds and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t believe the quickly and efficiently the blinds were fitted! The staff were fantastic and the guy that came to fit the blinds did a great job, very police and cleaned up after himself! Deffo will be recommending and using them again! Thanks again all at Warrington Blinds Direct.

Arranged to have blinds fitted, agreed a day and time ( after being told don't work Saturday) after taking time off work I waited for them to arrive, when the stated time had passed I rand the company who then gave me the number of the contractor to ring!! Sorry but I should not have to chase up the workmen who they employ. After being told they would be 4 hours late and very inconvenient for me low and behold they arranged to come on a Saturday. The fitters were very professional and did a good clean job, however the blinds don't sit right as I believe they have been measured wrong, there are too many slats and they don't hang right at the bottom of the window, after arranging someone to come out I found him condescending and he couldn't wouldn't fix the problem.

This company were professional from start to finish. Andy did a super job of the shutters. I’m more than happy and will highly recommend this company and their service.

Liam fitted our shutt1er blinds today, couldn't be more pleased very professional and friendly, great service from warrington blinds would definitely recommend this company.

After ordering my blinds/curtains from another company who sadly went into administration I contacted Warrington blinds and from start to finish they couldn’t be anymore accommodating. They swiftly came round did my measurements and got on with the job.
Julie was fantastic from giving advice to the ‘fluffing of her curtains’. Would highly recommend Warrington Blinds and would definitely be returning!!!

Well this is a different sort
view warringtonblindsdirect came yesterday and fitted new vertical blinds, fantastic value for the money and they look great BUT the fitter who attened my home does not know the meaning of cleaning his crap up or even say "sorry i have left some rubbish in each of the rooms i fitted blinds, would you mind binning it?" Oh no he left it so my 13 month old was able to get hold of it as we didn't know it was there. Luckily we caught him in time chewing the plastic and tape everywhere. Now when i have worked in peoples homes in the past doing any kind of work I TIDY MY CRAP UP. Next time it could be worse and a child gets badly injured. Shame on the fitter who ever you were.
