Very impressed with the cabin. Arrived early, driver very helpful. We built it and found the book very comprehensive and helpful. Went together very well. Quality of wood is great.

All in all very impressed and very happy

Cabin is good and nice and sturdy the only issue I had was there are quite a few bowed tongue in groove planks on both the roof and the floor.

This just meant there are a few little gaps and the floor clicks in some places.

The ordering online was very simple the tracking was worrying as my personal experience with the app has not been good (other businesses).

The delivery on website was slightly misleading it stated earliest of a day but after ordering and receiving the email to schedule (same day) the delivery option for earliest day was 5 days later than the website stated. However the chosen date was met perfectly and the driver was amazing, very helpful and professional.

The quality of summer house is as expected for the type ordered. I lacked build instructions and the order details and product on website lacked links to such document but with hard research I found the installation manual on the website which was easy and straight forward to follow. The pre assembled sections when connected together did not perfectly align but this is the only negative to the pre assembly as it was built extremely easy and quick with two people.

Finally only 1 key for the lock is something I would suggest improves on orders and the perspective windows appear to possibly have a defect but as they came wrapped in protective film would be hard to know until assembled I also have not reported or given a chance for this issue to be corrected.

Overall for the price the product has been a very good purchase.

Very pleased with greenhouse

So far a very poor experience.

Ordered in late may a 3m x 4m garden building, selecting in early June a delivery date of Thursday 9th July.

Had confirmation in July and also emailed confirmation on 7th July that the agreed date of the 9th July was confirmed.

Received a message on the 9th July cancelling the delivery due to stocking issues.

Calling the logistics team and customer services team isn't any use as neither can provide any date for delivery or option to resolve the issue, we're left in limbo.

We've both booked holiday leave we can't cancel and have bought stuff for the garden building we don't have which is cluttering up the house.

Worst of all, no clue when the matter will be resolved, no support and by the looks of it they'll be difficult to get someone to give us a refund too without setting our bank on them.

Terrible experience overall.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the summer house. The quality is good, and now it's assembled it looks great.

The customer service deserves five stars. Everything was easy to organise, they were always contactable, and any queries were resolved quickly. One small part was missing from the delivery and it was sent out straight away. I also accidentally broke one of the parts during assembly, which was entirely my fault, but they replaced it free of charge. It's refreshing to see customer service done so well.

The only reason I'm giving four rather than five stars is that the assembly instructions could be a little clearer. While they are comprehensive, some of the visuals could be larger and easier to follow, which would make the build process smoother.

Overall, it's a good-quality summer house backed by excellent customer service, and I have already shared with people who are buying from the business on my recommendation.

Very poor quality wood and constructed awful aswell. I have had to reinforce the floor and re nail the wood to the panels also!

Personally wouldn’t waste your money like I have

Delivery service was good but the overall quality of the product was poor with protruding nails, staples, splits in the wood & the fact that the thinnest sections of wood was used to produce a flimsy summerhouse which I had to strengthen up with internal studding! Not impressed.

I ordered an 8’ x 6’ greenhouse and an 8’ x 6’ shed. The greenhouse arrived. Unfortunately the fittings pack was missing. A quick call to the customer services department got the parts on their way. Soon after the shed arrived.
Both yet to be fully erected.

Sad to say the only good thing was delivered on time.The instructions were very poor.Product quality was very poor. Lots of nail heads protruding, had to be hammered down for panels to meet.Left hand door is warped. The 2 back panels both had overlaps which meant they would not go together.. Really disappointed with product.

I should not be having to write this review after the money I paid and upgraded everything they offered. The fitters did their usual moaning passing the buck from department to department. Loads of extra wood provided but fitters used split pieces rather than looking through and picking the best ones. Snagging lists as they tell you will be followed up but not in my case. I doubt this expensive summerhouse £6000 will be still standing in 12 months

So easy to assemble, we will be using Walton again.

Walton’s are a great company to work with. Fantastic product. Our sauna is great. It did require construction which does demand a level of capability , although they do over a service to build for you.
All round great. Very happy. Walton’s are highly recommended

Great delivery, good product but a problem with the master door being badly warped. Hopefully Waltons will be able to replace and then I will be happy to upgrade to a 5*

I very rarely leave negative reviews. As a business owner myself I am aware how damaging they can be. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Waltons. I purchased a little Summit climbing frame with playhouse and double swing.
It came without instructions, I called to have the instructions sent over.
I had a workman come to look at it both of which would not build it as none of it was pre drilled. I then contacted Waltons and they just said none of our climbing frames are pre drilled. I then contacted someone else to come and have a look. They also said they could not build it as it was not pre drilled.
I called Waltons back and asked could I book one of their installers to come out and they said no the wait was 8 weeks and it shouldn’t be sat there for 8 weeks. Basically no help offered at all. I am now stuck with a pile of wood.

I love the design and size of the product. Unfortunately there have been problems with doors not fitting, due to the door being twisted. The roof does not fit correctly, a gap is showing where the roof panels don’t meet.
This has caused issues during construction plus additional labour cost plus additional material cost.
Delivery all good.
