Delivery eventually arrived on third day we were notified, Thursday, then Saturday and eventually arrived on the Monday..
Screws were poor, heads not very good so we replaced those, edges of climbing slat side were rough and could easily splinter if children held onto edges.
Instruction leaflets are good, although you do need to search around for various items as not packed in relevant sections.
Time wise it’s at least a good couple of weekends work
You need to have top class diy skills and tools, this is much more than simple flat pack!!
The various components , like swing furniture, slide, climbing ‘knobs’ , rope etc are all good quality.
Generally it is good quality and when it’s finished will give our grandchildren hours of fun, they are champing at the bit to be able to use it.
All in all much more work than we had envisaged but a good quality climbing frame.

This is a lovely climbing frame and overall I am happy with my purchase. However, we found assembling it much harder than we first expected. The instructions can be a little difficult to understand on certain pages.
This meant as the wholes are not pre-drilled we ended up making a couple of mistakes leaving empty wholes in some planks that now need filling. Also, the roof sheets are not pre cut and you have to measure and pre cut these yourself as well. Be aware if you are an amateur like ourselves this will take pretty much a whole day to build and be a bit stressful at times. Am I happy with it now it is built, yes, would I buy it again, no.
The delivery service was brilliant though friendly and helpful.

The product is good quality.
Plenty of extra components in case of damage.
Delivery on time.
One broken part (door hinge) - replaced by Waltons
promptly within a couple of days - great customer service
Easy to assemble

Suggestions for improvement:
Instructions not very clear and in very small print. This can be improved a lot! (Could not find detailed instruction videos on internet, despite a comprehensive search)(Instruction guide mentioned QR codes for links to videos, but no codes available in the manual)
Offloading of components at delivery could be less rushed.

Good product at a reasonable price. Would have give 5 stars if the felt for the roof was better quality, it is too thin and tears easily making handling it difficult.

Great service

Several split panels where nails had been hit too hard. Several knot holes where the knot has fallen out. Very rough warped lap work. Quite flimsy construction.

Poor quality item, looked nothing like online and then trying to get refund just wasn’t easy! 50% of total price and that took a week to try and get. Don’t purchase from them if you want a good experience

Based not delivered and very poor and arrogant customer service

Ordered the Dove Log Cabin, overall I would say my opinion is mixed, the cabin itself is good although we were supplied a quite a few parts which are cracked or warped it's not until the end you find out there are a few spares, the instructions are tiny two pages on a single side of A4 it mentions in the instructions videos online but the QR codes don't work and checking the youtube channel there was nothing for our model.

We purchased the EPDM superior roof, however the instructions are for felt, on contacting support they eventually replied saying follow the instructions as per the felt as there are no instructions for the EPDM (shocking giving the uplift price), I said that's not right because that would mean using ticks but they never replied.

The purlin on the product is terrible, completely twisted, warped, rough low quality and provided with a join in the middle which is impossible to line up but in the photo it's a complete length, which is as shame because the main wood is pretty good where it's not cracked.

Delivery was a strange one it comes in a nice neat package but because they send one guy with no lifting equipment he has to manually unload everything one by one which means you ideally need to have some pallets on standby to save it being loaded onto the ground and of course there is no way it's going back into the same shape so you need extra covering, but the guy was pleasant.

The cabin itself goes together a bit like lego so the sides go up really quickly, sadly nothing is pre-drilled which would help and quite a few parts need sawing to length.

So as I would say mixed, but now the cabin is up it does look good (apart from that perlin).

Delivered early Friday with time to site panels before installation early Monday.

Well made playhouse, good instructions and all fittings supplied and labelled.
Easily built in a couple of days on a concrete base by 2 people. Comes treated but enjoyed painting it !
It was a surprise for our granddaughters and they loved it. They are enjoying decorating inside now.

The shed itself could have done with having numbered parts that you couldplace together rather instead of looking at quite a small instructions, also, lots of the wood is slightly warped and had to be trimmed to be fitted. Lucky my friend is a carpenter. All in all for the price fair

3 failed delivery days from the couriers, today the 13th july being the 3rd delivery date I've had.

Quality of shed is great, 5 star..

Excellent wood quality and looks fantastic once built.
Took 2 people around 6+ hours to fully build. No pilot holes in any of the pieces.
Cant give 5 stars as items missing on delivery that Waltons couldn’t tell me which until it was fully built.

Paul who delivered the log cabin was brilliant he kept us informed of his arrival time and was nice and early 😀

Building seemed ok to start with altho there was split wood & holes in the timber , I was prepared to get the filled my selfs as I know no wood is perfect .
BUT only a month in & my building slats are coming apart , not good at all imagine what it will be like in winter , I’ve raised concerns but getting no where . Do your home work read all reviews & if I was you I’d shop else where. I also paid the company to put my building up hoping this would be done perfect , rubber roof at £600 is lifting not glued down tight . Absolutely devastated!!!

Everything delivered as stated. All in good order. Not fully erected yet but looking great so far

All ok except one of the doors is a bit warped so I had to by a rotating clip tobattach to the right bottom of the door ro keep it shut. The side panels were not straight which had a knocking effect on fitting the roof panels.
