We have not had the shed installed yet but the service received and delivery were good

I will not be recommending this company to anyone, had a cabin delivered, started to assemble this only to find some timbers were badly twisted and unable to be used. Phoned customer service who made me feel that it was my fault , had to send lots of photos and give me the impression I was out to rip them off. Took 10 working days to send replacement items,all the time unfinished cabin was open to the elements. I paid up front for this cabin, also customer service couldn't provide me the company policy on thier quality control before items leave the yard. Also had to pay for a carpenter twice because of the delays, had no offer off this company to cover some of the costs, was told I should have checked every piece of timber before starting, basically it was my fault.

The main beams of the swing and slide set have large cracks and eventhough (at the moment) it might not affect the strength but it does look like second or third class timber.
Not impressed, and the bog standard reply from the service department shows nobody is really interested.
Much better value for money out there. Would not recommend and will not purchase again.

Great climbing frame for my four year old son! Build took a whole day but that was to be expected. Good quality product and looks amazing now it’s up. He absolutely loves it!
One thing that I think would be helpful would be labelling of the wood pieces and screws. It took some time to prep everything, measuring the wood and screws to ensure you were using the correct parts. Would just make this bit easier.
My only other suggested improvement is with the delivery. It was delivered by one person. This was a lot of wood pre packaged in to some very heavy bundles. Luckily I am in a position to help lift and carry them, which I did. If it would have been delivered to someone unable to help the delivery person, I am unsure it would have been completed….at the very least safely. It did arrive on time, the live tracking was great as well as a phone call when nearly here.

The shed we ordered was delivered on the date stated.
The reason I have given a 4 star and not a 5, is that when we were putting the shed together, we noticed that some of the slats hadn’t been nailed in.
Also the flooring was very flimsy.

Ordered and received a summer house this weekend. It is beautiful and we are very happy with it. Delivery was exceptional- 6.30am on a Saturday morning and the driver was amazing. Construction was straight forward and the quality is great.

I haven’t had the shed erected yet, hopefully this week sometime. So far I am delighted with my experience with Waltons. Delivery was on time and delivered with care. I have so far managed to paint the shed to save me doing it when erected.

Delivery of the summer house was on time, wrong felt for roof but resolved very quickly but customer support team. My only issue would be the quality of the product. Nails sticking out of timber as driven in to far or in wrong position, crack timber and a number of joints with wide gaps.

There were no instructions with the swing but I rang customer service who kindly emailed email me a copy and it was pretty straight forward to build

Bought a HUUM sauna and the control panel’s failed three times now. First one cracked within a month, then the replacements kept packing up. Turns out the heating elements are actually from Finnmark Sauna, a third party — nobody told me that when I bought it. When I asked for another screen, they just said “contact Finnmark yourself.” I refused, and they went completely silent for weeks. I was without my sauna for over two months, still paying the monthly installments the whole time. Their replies were slow and pretty abrupt when they did come. They wouldn’t refund me or even cover the electrician call-outs. In the end they sent a replacement as a goodwill gesture, but I never got the original one they said they’d dispatched. Honestly, it’s been a really frustrating experience. Wish I had gone with another company.

Delivery driver is the only reason they get 2 stars .

2 rolls of the felt had melted ( kept out of the sun my end )
Floor doesn't meet up properly.
3 of the 6 pains of plastic for the window looks like they have been melted .

Not a good summer shouse at all and described as the 9ft x 9ft premium although not a bad price in the whole , I recon you could get better else where for the money.

The customer service team I can not fault.I managed to get through to a colleague every time I rang. I did however not receive my climbing frame on the date I had chosen (my sons birthday) so that was very disappointing. The delivery driver had called in sick.
However I received it then next day.
The building of the climbing frame is not for a none carpenter..like myself.
It took well over a week.. the instructions needed extreme concentration.
But once built it's a beautiful climbing frame indeed!!

I bought a summer house based on reviews on their website, it was delivered, parts where broken, damaged & very dirty! I rejected it, second one was delivered, it was even worse than the first one, didn't even make it of the truck, will not be using Waltons again! Very poor quality control.

I love my wee summerhouse. We opted for self build and self paint. My hubby and son are very good at DIY so he managed to put it together quite easily. But there were a few issues with Instructions not being clear enough. The bolts to hold one door closed were no use and we had to buy long throw slip bolts to keep closed securely. Maybe Waltons could have a look at this part and see if they could make better instructions or an online video. So if not very good at diy you might want the company to build it or get help from someone a bit more fit savvy than yourself. However as I said I love my wee summerhouse. And I would buy from Waltons again.

Smooth as silk even though there were problems parking and getting access. All delivered safely and securely 💥

I ordered a 7X5 pent shed.Unfortunately it looks like a 7X5 Tea bag.Once erected nearly all the wood knots have fallen out.
The flooring material is very weak too.
Other than the fact that it’s full of holes and the floor could collapse it’s not a bad shed.
