Lack of shop assistant knowledge
Shop assistants don’t have any training or knowledge for recommendation for shoppers. We need to know what we need in advance. If no knowledge, we need to book a specialist which is selected a day once a month or so. We can’t get what we need straight away. Poor shop assistant knowledge. Very disappointed.
