I am having an extreme nightmare…
I am having an extremely distressing and exasperating ongoing nightmare with trying to do a standard level of possible business with this company.
Their representative surveyor has proved to be unwilling or incapable of any normal level of communication with me, despite promising to ‘meet to inspect and discuss the issue’. This he failed to do, resorting instead to bullying and blackguarding on a matter which inevitably of course he knew absolutely nothing about.
I do believe a number of his hasty and intemperate actions to be illegal.
Equally shocking were the various attempts by the company, on seven or eight occasions, to fob me off and to stifle all of my complaints - involving, on the first occasion, clear deception.
Hopefully there may be someone within FFT who is capable and willing to unravel this unnecessarily complicated and unnecessarily complex business as a matter of urgency - a business whose gross and astonishingly irrelevant shenanigans I am finding wholly confusing.
It should not be necessary for me to have to register on TrustPilot my great shock and dissatisfaction with all the prevarications and obfuscations surrounding this matter which stem from an award-winning company whose surveyors should clearly know their business better and who could even do their appropriate homework.
