This is the second year I have used Alfie's services, having been recommended by a local friend. Good communication as to arrival times. Serviced my boiler with no fuss, very neat and tidy, very professional. I asked him to have a look at my dishwasher which has been broken since the start of lockdown. Problem was identified and sorted very quickly. Delighted ! I would have no hesitation in recommending Alfie's services.

Very honest, professional and reliable. Our 20 year old boiler had packed up and we had a new boiler install within a day, the guys just got on with it. Were careful to take care of carpets etc and cleared all their rubbish leaving no mess. Friendly guys and explained everything after install . I would recommend West 4 Plumbing & Heating.

First time using west 4 plumbing. Alfie was brilliant and fixed a leaking shower and moved our washing machine from another room into the kitchen fitting it expertly in and with no mess at all. Would definitely recommend

So I first used Alfie at West 4 to fit my new washing machine and remove old one as recommended by a friend. He was so quick, professional and reasonable that when I had a problem with my boiler that winter I called them straight away. Another plumber has told me I needed to replace all sorts the year before but Alfie just repaired a few bits and I’ve not had any problems since.

Needed to replace boiler in bathroom, but needed to replace pipe work as old pipes were wrong diameter.
British gas quoted similar price for work, but insisted we would need to organise a builder to rip up bathroom floor first and to make good the damage afterwards.
West 4 plumbing were able to replace the boiler and replumb the pipes without any disruption. Clean, neat work and we didn't have to destroy our bathroom ! Also did several little extra jobs as well at no extra charge. Highly professional service. Highly recommended. Thank you Alfie.

Fitted my new bathroom suite, 1st class job,wife is well pleased, would not hesitate to use these guys again, next project to replace downstairs rads.

I asked Alfie to service my heating system, a large house with 27 radiators. He did a power flush of the whole system, then circulated anti-corrosion fluid. He checked all the rads, replacing some defective valves and fitting a new rad in an under-heated room. Finally he serviced the boiler. Now the house feels warmer than ever, since the hot water can circulate properly. He and his mate worked quickly and cleared away after themselves. The fee was reasonable, I can warmly recommend them for any job.

West 4 Plumbing & Heating Ltd were excellent. They were very responsive and sent someone out quickly to fix our shower which was leaking. They were very flexible about coming over at a time that was convenient for me, and worked quickly and efficiently whilst they were here. The plumber who attended was also extremely clean and tidy as well as being very polite and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend West 4 Plumbing and Heating to anyone!
