Service was great with prompt delivery to a rural area. Great deals meant was good value purchase and really can you put a value on fun!

We recently purchased a Vuly trampoline, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our backyard. The build quality is outstanding—sturdy, safe, and designed to withstand the Australian weather. Our kids are thrilled and spend hours jumping and playing. The safety features, like the UV-tested netting and padded edges, give us peace of mind while they have fun .

So many selection and variety, they just have it all. Quick and great customer service and delivery. Highly recommend.

Vuly is the only brand I would buy outdoor products from. I have bought many outdoor products over the years and Vuly is hands-down THE BEST quality product around (and looks good too). I have four children - my oldest is 28 and my youngest is 4. I have a large swing set and trampoline with many accessories. The bed and nest swings are large and durable. Even the big kids are happy and comfortable chilling on them. Having outdoor lounge space is crucial to my sanity! I'll never buy other brands again. Very happy customer.

Super fast delivery, incredible product, and assembly service was a lifechanger!

From ordering online to pick up was a smooth process. Assembled the Vuly Ultra 2 (Medium) in under 3 hours on my own. The quality and design makes it so simple. I have bought and assembled many trampolines over my time and would now go Vuly before any other.

We purchased the Quest 2 Pro Medium. We are so happy with this product and its quality; 100% worth the price. It’s solid, sturdy, robust and weather-proof. Very cleverly designed too. Our children and their friends love it and it provides endless entertainment and physical activity. We have just ordered the Bungee Swing and the Monkey Swing using vouchers given to the children for their birthdays by family members. Highly recommend Vuly products!

I recently purchased a Vuly jungle gym. It shipped quickly and I hired a local handyman to assemble. The handyman did a poor job and I had a ton of extra hardware. Customer support was amazingly responsive and helped me figure out how to secure and stabilize the structure. My kids love it and have been climbing all over it. Can't recommend Vuly enough.

We purchase the Quest 2 L Ninja for the family, we already own a Trampoline and the Large Swing Set.
The quality of the product is second to none. We have owned the Trampoline and Swing Set for over 4 years and you wouldn't know it had been that long.
We have never had to replace a product, even the shade canopies that are above both are still in great condition. We were so excited when the new Monkey Bars come out with the shade above as we know this is going to last us decades of fun!
Great value for money as the whole family can use the equipment, and the Monkey Bars come with some great fitness attachments so we can workout in the backyard while the kids are playing!
Both purchases have been shipped quickly and the customer service Team are always easy to contact if you ever have any questions.
Honestly not sure why you would look anywhere else :)

We've recently purchased the Quest 2 Small and accessories.
Overall for the price we paid it's pretty good. We were missing a few bolts but I instantly emailed through and received an email back straight away on how to claim on warranty and the missing bolts have already been shipped out.

Service over email was quick and easy.
With the quest 2 being bigger than expected I'll be ordering more accessories shortly 🙂

Customer service is brill

Great sturdy product. Our 5 boys can all easily play together on this massive trampoline. Very safe and easy to assemble.

Contacted customer service to order some extra parts for our Vuly equipment. Support was friendly and helpful. We love our Vuly trampoline and swing set. High quality and lasts well in the Brisbane conditions. We'll never buy another brand!

As i was browsing and looking for a trampoline, vuly tick the boxes for all the things i wanted for safety and the kids will enjoy and definetely i did the best decision going with vuly! very sturdy and also easy to assemble!

I ordered a ninja quest pro large jungle gym in November 2024. It arrived on Christmas eve however multiple parts were missing. Since then (5 months have elapsed) I've had intermittent deliveries of incorrect pieces and still don't have a complete playset. Meanwhile this thing sits in my yard and my kids can't use it properly. A $2000 white elephant! If you value customer service and a seamless purchase process, avoid Vuly!

We chose the Vuly Ultra XL for our 3 kids due to the size and safety features, and our expectations have been exceeded. It is the perfect size for all 3 of them to play together without being crowded and bumping into each other. It was a quick and easy set up, even given the size and in the dark, and has handled the 3 of them with no worries at all. It is outside in the North QLD sun and has not faded a bit, whereas other brands have previously faded and started disintegrating within the same time frame since purchase. The quality is unreal, and shade cover a must. Shipping was incredibly fast too. We appreciated the call from customer service to answer any questions we might have had whilst it was sitting in cart before purchase. 10/10 recommend.
