Booked with Voyage Prive previously and always found them to offer great holidays at equally good prices.
Booked for Palma and received the documentation almost immediately but realised the names on the booking were incorrectly written. It was costly to rectify and was told that’s how I had submitted the information therefore had little choice other than to pay the increase as it would be costly also to cancel the booking. This did put a bit of a dampener on the holiday.
Hotel was close to the airport however we thought we had booked transfers as that’s what we always do , only to find at 1am we had not transfer and couldn’t get hold of anyone even though we had a 24hr contact on our booking .
Once arrived , hotel was great and directly opposite a fantastic beach so perfect location.
Staff in the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, really pleasant , efficient and friendly.
The downside was the food. Food in the restaurant was cold in the evening, little choice and lacked certain elements. Complained and waited for the Hotel to contact Voyage Prive to approve removal of the Half Board to enable us to dine out .
After 2/3,days of waiting we gave up and continued to eat in the hotel which continued to be lukewarm at best but choice did improve if only slightly .
Would def recommend the hotel but would not book the Half Board and would even go out for breakfast too.

The hotel and Perast as a location were perfect!

Do not book with this company - THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE. I signed up for a weekend. There was a data breach in which they gave my details to a third party who tried to scam me for money. They did not even apologise for this.

Secondly, it was advertised as a city break in Barcelona. The hotel is 3 hour away from Barcelona and they will not do anything about this - false advertising as they were recommending dinner options and walking tours in Barcelona.

Twin centre holiday booked , seamless and efficient , transfers included all good . Fab holiday !

Booking was straight-forward. Advance information was quite comprehensive but as each new piece of information was added it was within information already sent rather than as a separate document, which would have been much clearer.
The holiday was billed as 2 nights in Syracuse area and 3 nights in Palermo area but the first 2 nights were in a hotel 86km away from Syracuse!!!!
The hotels were large but of good quality.

Great hotel clean tidy and good staff

Good comunication, all the requests were solved in such a short time, good value for the money. I recommend them.

Chateau Rihanfa, Anglesey -
Room we were given (Kate's) was very hot as we were in the middle of the heat wave. We had stayed in this room previously but it was in September so the heat was not a problem. WE asked to be moved the following morning to a cooler room, which was much more pleasant to sleep in. Parts of the Chateau is now needing some refurbishment, but I believe they have just been taken over so perhaps this will happen. All in all a pleasant stay with very helpful staff.

I found the site easy to use and to book. My only downside was the rep explained that most of the trips were in either French or Spanish also so were her texts. Any contact with the main office was in English and no problem. I would certainly recommend Voyager Prive and have booked with them for our next holiday.

My 3rd time booking with Voyage Prive and each time they have exceeded my expectations. Great customer service and communication pre travel. Amazing logistics and organisation whilst away and good value for money with the holidays booked. Highly recommended

Booking , information and contact with voyage prive was all easy and clear. When we did have to contact them, they answered promptly and made us feel at ease with all of the details of our booking.

Good value for money. Seamless process and booking, good communication and paperwork.

Nice and straightforward. Buy accom with or without flughts. Simple documentation. Emergency numbers. The accommodation has always come up to or even exceeded expectations at a great price. Go for it!
Only slight reservation is that there are often a few unexpected extras before the final payment.

It is a wonderful location with a very serviceoriented staff. We disliked that last transportation from Venice was moved from 22.30 to 9.00 and we felt that tha Hotel wasn’t ready to receive guest. As an example the lobby

Fabulous hotel in the best location, as advertised, at a very competitive rate. We particular loved the views of the Bay of Kotor, the spacious room, wonderful breakfast, impeccable and friendly service, exceptional spa and glorious pool and sun loungers. Would happily go back tomorrow.

Well organised and hustle free trips and transfers. Nicely located hotel but not of Voyage Prive’s usual high standard: dated rooms, average food and additional charges for coffees and water.
Gulf of Naples stunning and trips nicely covered most of them. Capri was a particular gem and the Narodni spa a pleasant surprise, although too short for a truly relaxing experience. A nice mixture of activities and relaxing time.
