Easy booking but NO support once we had arrived and had the worst holiday experience. Even escalated to the founder and got a standard customer response and provided no refund even though we had to check out of our 7 day all inclusive suite on the 2nd day.

This was my first booking with Voyage Prive. I was very pleased with the whole process. Easy to book. Great prices.
Kep informed via email at each stage if the booking. Had all the information we needed. Easy to understand.
Met the transfer rep easily. The transfer did take 3 hours because if traffic but exhausting at the end of our long day travelling and not made easier by the fact we weren't allowed any food or drink on the bus.
The hotel was lovely with excellent food choices. One of the best I've experienced.
Really enjoyed the aqua aerobics and lots of other activities on offer.
The evening entertainment was good too although mainly geared towards the Spanish.
The location was good for shops and the beach.

We had the most fabulous trip
Everything from booking the trip to returning home was excellent. Flights with Etihad and Peach were also excellent. We had the most amazing time in Japan and South Korea/Republic of Korea. Any excursions that were included as part of our trip were well thought out and great. All our hotels were very good too and well located. The pre-trip info was so informative and really helped make going through customs/immigration really easy in both Japan and when we arrived in Seoul. Info relating to the transport apps to download and use on the metro in both countries was also very useful.
We were so impressed with Voyage Privé that we have booked our next trip with them already.

We strongly warn against this tour…
We strongly warn against this tour operator! We don't usually post negative reviews, but in this case, we're making an exception. We booked a hotel room through Voyage Privé. This hotel is a new opening. A week before our trip, I asked whether the hotel was open and whether all facilities were available. This was confirmed to me in writing. This was extremely important to us; otherwise, we would have changed our reservation. The spa and fitness area, in particular, was of paramount importance to us. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were these areas completely closed and not scheduled to open for another two months, but a large portion of the advertised restaurants were also unavailable. Furthermore, construction work was still underway all over the hotel. As a result, we had to endure enormous noise pollution every single day, both in our room and by the pool. We’re not getting any compensation! We’re now taking legal action. Other couples we met at the hotel are facing the same issues. So stay away from this untrustworthy provider!

Best time in Mykonos
Everything went smooth and stress free from the reservation, updates, till our trip in May to Mykonos.
The hotel was exactly like in the pictutes, even exceeded our expectations.
Overall i highly recomend booking through Voyage Prive, they are simply the best.
