Damaged kitchen on 1st wash
We bought a new Vox washing machine. The 1st time we used it it vibrated and knocked out the side panel of our kitchen units damaging it. When we spoke to the supplier we were told it must be on rubber matting. I have never heard of having to put a brand new washing machine on rubber matting. However, we obliged and put it on rubber matting. This solved the problem for a few weeks but now it is vibrating again and damaged the side panel further. Will not buy any Vox products again.

Went to claim warranty on cell phone…
Went to claim warranty on cell phone charging case. Got a black lifetime warranty card and when I returned they said you gotta pay shipping and send it in. When I purchased they said free replacement for life just bring it into the store. Then one sales person told me it was $25 replacement fee, the other told me $20. They are banking on tourists that will buy and not come back. Very portly made products. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY VOX

Great quality.
I have a VOX portable AC and a VOX freezer and I have to say that for the price (middle price rank) it gives great quality.
Will definitely buy other electronics from VOX in the future.

Fond of these not so famous electronics brands, but I did came to contact with some of devices from Vox and I do have to say that it did what it supposed to do for the price. Two LCD tv sets, and one washing machine. In my country I had 5 years warranty, didn't have to use them. LCD was full HD and even though I don't expect much from an LCD, cause I do have an Pioneer Kuro now, for the price, that was around 380 euros for full HD, it did the job ok, especially for games. So if you're looking for something cheapper give it a go.
