Ordered on 16th October and acknowledged by company giving invoice number. Nearly 4 weeks on no machine and no contact from them despite sending e mail. Money taken out of account instantly.

Appalling after sales service
On 20/11/10 I ordered a Deloghi Icona Kettle. It arrived very promptly but was damaged. I emailed the company immediately, Got a fast response stating they would arrange collection and replacement, if I sent my order number, which I did. I have heard nothing since, emails are ignored, so I have raised this as a disputed payment with my card company. They are quick to accept your money but then disappear when there is a problem. I would never go near this company or any of its subsiduaries again. The result is I am nearly £50 out of pocket, they're as bad as thieves.

Recieved faulty goods and we are still waiting for them to be picked up despite 3 promises. No contact telephone No. only fobbed off e-mails.

Cowboy Chancers
Appalling firm of chancer cowboys. Don't even consider them. Pay a bit more and go elsewhere. After 3 weeks of waiting and several communications with the company I eventually got my chainsaw. Wasn't even packaged, came only in its own carry case. They claim they sell refurbished equipment checked in accredited factories. The one i received looked like something you might pick up in a car boot sale. Very heavily used - it might even be 3rd hand. Worst of all, the chain itself was so badly warn it'll need replacing too. Never, ever again will i deal with these chancers and i would urge you to do the same - BEWARE they also trade under other names...WESCO Electrical and Britcom UK Ltd....which says a lot in itself. Stay clear!!

Great service, product and communication
The Ryobi chainsaw was as described, in the product specification, with delivery quicker than stated. Although the first chainsaw had a fault. After contacting Choicebrand by email they arranged the collection and delivered a replacement within 5 days. I found the company very easy to deal with and was impressed by their no quibble replacement of the chainsaw.
Will use again and recommend.
