We were unable to call a few international numbers and contacted Vonage. The agent Ange patiently looked into the matter and gave me the case numbers and assured me to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Panache helped me get back online after a password issue. Once I was talking to a human rather than a Bot things went smoothly although I waited nearly 30 mins before being connected to a human.

I tried to change the registered address on line, but could not. I used the number to call as provided to change address. The contact then told me they do not deal with business queries' on the number provided on the business account. ?. Ended up on chat and they sorted everything out.
