Month-Long Wait for Key
Update: I finally received my game key after a month and a half of waiting. It took sending 5–10 emails before I got a response from their support team. I’m bumping my review up one star since they did deliver in the end, but if you’re reading this, I highly recommend buying from a different company.
I pre-ordered a game on Voidu a month before its release date. It has now been two weeks since the release, and I still haven’t received my game. I have checked my spam folder and my order history on Voidu, just in case I missed my game order. I’ve sent multiple emails to Voidu support but haven’t received any response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing games through Voidu, as they seem unreliable and, at this point, appear to be taking customers' money without delivering the product.
I just want the game I paid for.

Fast responses
Fast responses. Cheaper prices. Never had a bad interaction. I check their site regularly and buy steam keys without having any problems. The longest I waited is 12 hours and that's just for one time.

Good site - with some issues.
Game codes come through in a timely manner as you'd hope, but slightly concerned that there's been a website overhaul - and it's now impossible to get back to see old purchases. Older site loads up as 'Archive' and has pretty much everything blank. Yet still remembered a points conversion back in 2022. Dropping a star for the lack of continuity and that I got an email after about joining their reward scheme after purchase. Otherwise, it's a key reseller site where you get your keys - what more do you want?

In the past, you could get a code within seconds, but in the new update, the codes started to be delivered from the site by e-mail, but the codes are not delivered for hours and days. Please find a solution to this issue or go back to the old version, I think you will take it into consideration.
