No response to customer service complaint
I've had good experiences with The Man Company before. However, this time around, I ordered for 4 items, and got 3 items. I put an email with details to care(at)themancompany.com (as prescribed by their website), and after a week, I tried following up. To my surprise, they haven't responded yet.
I called the customer service line mentioned on their site and they finally answered it. I spoke to the helpdesk person to find out that they had responded to my 3 emails but the email had bounced off. However, they asked me to send an email with pictures of deliverables. Which I did. Now, they've dispatched the missing product. Finally!
Moral of the story - please ensure mails are NOT bouncing off if agents send it across. Plus, your customer service number was NOT functioning for a long time. Kindly take note.
