I had no Internet at Home and I tried Calling the Customer service Team and went back and Forth with the Online Vodafone Customer Service Team, unfortunately Most time I could not understand what they were saying due to there accent. This is Terrible as I was trying to get my Internet sorted as I do some work from Home and I couldnt for 5 days, After the Back and forth saga all to be Told it was going to be another week before a Tech could come out. I stated that I couldnt wait that long and I asked them if I could take the Modem back to the Store as I only just purchased 2 weeks ago and they informed me not to take back to Store and to wait for the tech to come out. I ended up taking the Moden back to the Store anyways that next day and they gave me a new Sim card and its as good as gold. The Customer Service Unfortunately are useless and no help at all . I just wish Vodaphone get there act Together as they will lose many Customers if this Keeps Up.
I am very upset.
I don't understand why this works perfect in city area but not near the city.
I live in south side sunny bank Hills of Brisbane Cbd.
Data network works fantastic in cbd like speed of light but just about 15 km away from cbd, data is shit.
Everything buffers while in data. I can't video call.
This is the age of Technology still they aren't fixing this.
I am paying 55$ per month for nothing .
Shittest data network.
Bullshit
Its everyday thing by the way.
Your website and app are broken. Not providing your customers with proper assistance to log in, view and control their account and services for months on end is wrong. I am going to start reporting to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Open your eyes and look at all your app reviews
Everything about this internet is bad there is nothing good this internet provider can provider go to Telstra if you actually want internet that works.
Had no internet at all this morning. My phone, watch and computer had no access to wifi or 5G. Could not make or receive calls or do anything internet related on the computer. I'm a 75 year old woman and tech savvy but could not communicate with anyone. What is going on Vodafone?
I've tried accessing the Vodafone app to see how my account is going - can't do this "My Vodafone is temporarily unavailable. We're performing maintenance to improve your experience. Please try again later."
I have been trying for the last 4 hours.
I have to say that vodafone was ok when I switched to them after they purchased virgin mobile who were absolutely fantastic all the year's I used them now as for vodafone since there so called network expension it has been absolute rubbish couple kilometres from the heart of the Gold Coast reception awful internet hardly existent takes longer to load a pages then making a coffee have complained many times but of course that doesn't do anything will be changing provider this week all 4 numbers and mobile internet after many years it has gotten to the absolutely useless stage when you're paying for a absolute 3rd world country service
Hopeless, half the time there is no network and if the network is available then its weak. Moving to Telstra, expensive, however i know there will be phone reception at all times.
Appalling coverage and none existent customer service
Don’t use them
I'm trying to switch Superloop to Vodafone but ID photo and Face verification?! fk that.
Once again vodafail - fails.
Perhaps if they spent less on washed up American comedians and more on fixing their network.
They raised their prices but lowered their standards (if that was even possible).
They rely on AI bots and an online system that also failed.
Their network tracker failed.
Useless and hopeless.
I urge everyone effected to ask for money back on free GB that are of no value!
I would give 0 stars if I could! I have been with Vodafone for 12 years! I never minded the occasional glitches and poor coverage in many places/regions. But, I have been to the physical shops, and every visit, it's always at least 1-2 hours, they never knew what the problem was, constantly being told I'' don't have an account'', ''are you sure if Vodafone is the provider'', and ''do you even have an account??''. Today, I found out that a genius somewhere messed up my DOB, this is despite my many visits to the shops, speaking and getting verified by numerous staff members, however, it still managed to bypass everything/everyone? What is the point of 100ID points and being verified in person??
We just experienced a power outage in our area and we could not use our data, thanks Vodafony.

I ordered a new phone online, the website stipulated that orders placed before 12pm would be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. The phone was listed as in stock and my order was confirmed as approved at 10.10am, I even checked the delivery date by entering my postcode and next day delivery was confirmed.
It did not happen, the Australia Post label was created many hours later with notification that delivery would be on the 18th. that is not delivery the next day. I was not able to stop the delivery and pickup, instead, as I was not home for the delivery and my partner couldn't sign for the phone, I had to wait a week to go and pick up. If I new this would happen I would have picked up the phone in the first place. I have previously ordered online from Vodafone and received the next day. My closest store is Cranbourne, should have picked up rather than being stuffed around.
The chat team were useless, it took my enquiry to be passed around 4 people over 30 minutes to get a clear explanation and apology.
Not good enough, customer service and misleading website information are a primary reasons to move provider.
I have had enough of no signal in shops where people on Telstra or Optus network do.
Classic example of you get what you pay for.
and now Vodafones crap response to this review trying to make it look like they are doing something when there is no intention to rectify their inability to provide what is promised during the order process.

Another plan increase 👏 well done vodafone. $59 for a small plan lol
I dont want extra data as compensation when i dont use what i already get! I want lower bills, fast internet and to speak to someone who doesn't have a fake name, heavy accent and poor customer service when I call
Reception is getting worse not better. Sitting in my house in Valley View South Australia and I carnt use the internet one bar at 5g switch back to 4g with two bars still not internet. Pay big dollars for a plan and carnt use half of what im being charged for. Review written once I left my property and drove 50m down the road.

Let me share some personal experience from my end and I believe there is a good reason for this 1 star rating.
Context: I have 3 NBN service plans with NBN across 3 properties. One of my tenants wants to switch their Internet plan to another company, which is fine hence I raised a request to disconnect their service.
Afternoon (around 2pm) of 12th of June, I noticed my bill for May 10th - June 10th bill is not correct and it still included the disconnected service. Gives customer service team a ring and request to adjust the bill and re-disconnect the one I requested last month. This customer service person disconnected the wrong property (2nd one) and told me it can not be reconnected until 24 hours after! That's fine, it's a Friday afternoon and mistakes happens, I will wait. In the meantime, I have contacted my my tenant who stays to inform them about the situation.
Afternoon (around 2pm) of 13th of June, after exactly 24 hours, I dialed in again to speak with customer service, found out no action was done for the re-connection hence I asked the support to raise a request to reconnect. This person told me she has raised a new request to re-connect and Internet can be re-connected in the next few or up to 4-5 hours. Fine, they are working on it, I will wait.
Evening (around 8pm) of 13th of June, I received a call back from a support team and they told me because 'the line is not free' and the person I spoke to this afternoon raised a WRONG request hence I will have to wait until tomorrow morning (14th of June) to get my Internet back.
Great, now my tenant can complain to me about their weekend without any Internet for 2 days.
From my personal experience, there are already many mistakes happened with my Vodafone.
1. Incorrect disconnection of NBN services leadings to wrong bill
2. Unfamiliar and Under-trained staff member to execute critical business/technical processes
3. Incompetent staff member to handle situation for fast remediation when customer's life is impacted
Hope my experience helps rest of you who are reading this. DOUBLE CONFIRM the address with the agent even through chatbox window so you don't lose your internet for 2 days because someone incompetent disconnect your Internet services.

I visited the Port Adelaide Vodafone store on Tuesday. The guy who attended me ( his name is Rushabh ) was just great. He went to a great effort to provide me what I needed and to ensure I was satisfied before I departed the store. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is a great reminder why I choose to be with Vodafone.

I tried to purchase an NBN FTTP internet package primary to run my business. But there was very little help from their customer online consultants in the end! After originally being offered a discounted 740 Mbps HomeFast+ internet package for $72 for the first 12 months which sounded appealing. I accepted the offer along with a review and re-shuffle of the plans of my 3 mobile phone contracts. The original sales consultant I must admit was very helpful and reassuring. We went ahead and proceeded with the order, a technician arrived a week later only to inform me that the FTTP could not be installed due to certain minor installation difficulties. In other words it fell into the ' Too hard basket' for the technician. For whatever reason my order was completely cancelled and forgotten about after already receiving the free modem! So I now have this modem sitting here that I cannot use all because Vodafone just disbanded the order whilst I wait for a reply by someone to explain to me exactly on what is actually going on!! After numorous attempts to ask the online consultants in regards to this situation, no one seems to know, or even remotely care about my original order! A recent conversation my order has been completely lost in an assumption that my order was presumed 'cancelled', to which I never concurred to. The customer service consultant has originally explained to me over the phone shortly after the useless technician has been to our premises that my order will be temporarily suspended until Vodafone management can figure out on what to do, and how to resolve this issue! Off course I did not hear back from Vodafone, not an email, text, phone call nothing!! So I have therefor given up trying to proceed any further and waste anymore of my time with trying to get NBN FTTP from Vodafone, and will be pursuing other avenues. It saddens me to say that Vodafone customer service has really gone downhill in the last 2 years since dealing with them previously with my mobile plans. I have originally ended up on the Vodafone network by default after being a customer with the now defunct 3 network, and before that with Orange! Customer service with Vodafone was excellent in their earlier days, but since merging with the TPG Telecom have now gone to the bottom of the barrel. I now shall be pursuing other avenues soon with our 3 mobile plans to another service provider and internet sign up with a provider that actually cares and values their customers! Make no mistake, Vodafone Australia is not the same company as is the case with Vodafone Europe, being one of the largest in the world, they are a totally different company altogether. Regardless of how good of a deal Vodafone Australia does today, their customer services (most likely offshore based) is very hard deal with in terms of language barrier making it hard to understand because of their lack of fluent English. Then the constant forgetfulness of the task at hand, that is simply not good business practice in today's business world. I am too in the customer business, and one thing is for sure is that you don't treat your customers as just another number. Sadly and Unfortunately, I as a business owner can no longer rely to do business with Vodafone again!!

This is the worst mobile plan I have ever chosen. The network coverage is extremely poor, and I frequently experience little to no signal. Unfortunately, it has been a complete waste of money, and I am very disappointed with the service.

So many issues. Can't access the website if you have a VPN. Checkout process to buy a SIM almost makes you feel like they don't want you to buy one. SIM arrived with no instructions on how to activate it. Had to spend an hour on the phone (2026?) to get it done and to port my phone. Can't login, get a recursive experience with a password reset process page that errors. I hope once I'm set up, things work and I never need help.
