It was time to upgrade my phone as the contract had ended.
I went in to see if I could get a new phone, as my contract had ended.
Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was in my lunch hour so time was of the essence.
He was so good that we discussed broadband and he was able to sort out broadband deal for me.
Luke is a credit to the Company and made my experience very easy and answered all questions I had about the new phone, contract and then the broadband.
Keep hold of him, he's very good at his job and has a friendly helpful nature which gives such a good impression of Vodaphone.
