Sign up for Fibre broadband with Ketan
Sign up for Fibre broadband with Ketan. He was absolutely marvellous. Explained the whole process and billing information very clearly.
Can't say the same for the other staff members present that day. Came across very rude and abrupt. Ketan was a breathe a fresh air.

The most fun you’ll ever have buying a phone!
Jacob at Vodafone, Trafford Centre…Absolute Legend! If Vodafone isn’t already planning to promote Jacob, they’re seriously missing a trick man. This guy is an absolute sales wizard! We walked in with the simple goal of upgrading my partner’s phone. Nice and easy, right? WRONG. Thanks to Jacob’s sheer brilliance (and possibly some kind of mind control..voodoo? Haha), we somehow walked out with not just the phone upgrade for my partner but a new phone for myself too (convinced me within seconds to cut my trauma bond that I had with 3 network for 10 plus years), a new broadband deal, AND some freebies thrown in for good measure. Honestly, I’m half expecting to check my coat pockets and find a Vodafone branded toaster at this point. But here’s the thing…at no point did it feel like we were being ‘sold’ to. Jacob made the whole experience feel like we were just hanging out with a mate at the pub, having a laugh and somehow, in the middle of all that, signing up for new contracts. His energy, humour, and top tier banter made the whole process not just painless but genuinely enjoyable! Jacob could probably negotiate peace between India and Pakistan during a cricket match because his sales skills are that powerful lol
Vodafone, if you’re reading this - PROMOTE THIS MAN. And if you’re heading to Trafford Centre, do yourself a favour and go see Jacob. Just be warned, you will leave with more than you planned, but you’ll be too busy laughing to care!

Vodafone, rubbish service network with bra bond, and it's too pricey.
Vodafone services are rubbish and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone with bra band you jad too much in price.
