Excellent service
I had a great experience with Vodafone today. Having been very disappointed with the customer service in another Hereford telecoms store, who shall be nameless, and in general with online and phone attempts to manage my broadband contract renewal, I was so relieved to find that the service at the Vodafone shop was really excellent.
From the moment I walked in someone spoke to me, even though all the assistants were busy with other customers, and let me know I would be attended to quickly, which I was. I could tell at once that this was a well-managed store. The assistants all had such a friendly, polite and professional manner and I knew I would be in good hands.
Sam and James both went out of their way to help me sort out a rather complicated Broadband transfer, with patience and technical skill. I now feel confident that by coming to the Vodafone store Hereford in future I will get all the help I need to manage my Broadband and won't have to suffer all the confusions and complications of trying to do this remotely. Thank you so much for your help and kindness today.

The team at Vodafone Hereford are…
The team at Vodafone Hereford are always helpful, knowledgeable and good-spirited. The employee who helped me during my last visit did so with a clear explanation of my new broadband contract in a friendly and cheerful manner.
The only issue, if I can call it that, Is the system seemed a bit iffy when it came to inputting my details.
But all in all, happy with my experience and my new contract.
