Went into the Vodafone store in Boston on Saturday looking for a galaxy watch. Well what can i say. Ivana the lovely lady in store not only sorted out new watches for my wife and i. We came away with new contracts and home broadband plus i need to mention the other lovely lady Jay. She is very knowledgeable and helped out with my other devices. My husband and I visited the Boston store
My husband and I visited the Boston Vodafone store to look at dmart watches, but thanks to the outstanding help from Ivana, we left with having ordered our watches, secured new and cheaper SIM contracts, and arranged home broadband aswell.
Ivana was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain all the options available to us without any pressure. Jay also assisted during the process, and together they made the whole experience smooth, hassle free, and incredibly efficient.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you both for making what could have been a complicated process so easy and straightforward. We would highly recommend this store and it's fantastic team.
