Bought 2 tickets for a show in Bari for myself and my wife and was "allocated" the seats by Vivaticket. However, the seats are on opposite sides of the building !! Not interested in addressing the issue when contacted, referred me to "terms and conditions". Avoid at all costs

This company is a total disaster! Lies about arrangements and when you sell back tickets you don't get the money. They don't respond to emails. Do not buy tickets from this company!

Trying to buy ticket for Venice Biennale 2024 . Impossible. The message to my phone never arrived. I had to put my passport number and still no luck. Horrible. I am trying to buy from outside Italy. It puts you off.

I am from the states and all I want to do is buy tickets to see Andrea Bocelli and I can NOT get passed the phone number verification part!! It's been a week of continuous attempts and NOTHING!! Tickets are selling quickly and I still can not purchase tickets. I've sent several message to their ROBOTIC ASSISTANCE and darn robot does not understand my need to verify phone number. Now waiting on a 24-48 hour email response to possibly get help. WHY is it SO HARD to buy tickets from Vivaticket Italy??

Bought tickets to see an Opera in Naples/Napoli using an American credit card. The event was cancelled, they do NOT do automatic refunds, you have to fill out a form.

The only way they issue refunds is through bank transfer using IBAN or Swift number. My small American credit union doesn't have either of these.

I paid with credit card, why not automatically refund to the same card when there's a cancellation? Oh, they get to keep the money.

Unfortunately they're the exclusive ticketing service for many venues in Italy.

Costumer care nonexistent. Event cancelled for poor planning. Tickets never refunded. Absolute silence on their part. I wish I had read these comments before buying. Not trustworthy company. Don’t risk.

This company is a joke. I sent them three emails two weeks ago... still no one reply to me.
Absolutely unacceptable.

We try to buy tickets for the vesuve and you have to do it online at the entrance of the volcano. They ask for a verification code by your phone number on a place where there is absolutely NO signal thats so stupid! We lost more then 1.5h to get a simple ticket

On a visit to Rome for the recent Ryder Cup, we decided to go to the Lazio v Torino game and VIVA are Lazio's online ticketing partner.
After going through lengthy application forms their system decided that my birthdate and location of birth were not recognised (even though they were from VIVA's own drop down box selections) and I could not secure the tickets therefore costing Lazio the revenue.
I contacted their help email and have still not had a response.
Amazing that they are meant to be an important ticketing outlet !!

Hi! UUUU I see I am not the only one the biggest a***ole in the world using this sh****y website. i bought a ticket for Bocelli, couldn't attend, put that ticket to resale. It is more than 1.5 months and the same auto response with the payments at 20th date of the following month. By now, no refund, no nothing. I think they fooled us all together in a very italian way. I regret I used that site.

Ryder Cup tickets process more than a nightmare...

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now. I sold my ticket in early June, was told they process refunds on the 20th every month, but received nothing then. I contacted their assistance desk multiple times but nothing helpful was said. Today I write to them again and they told me another generic line that they process refunds on the 20th of the month, failing to realise that my refund is late. This company is thieving, do not use them. They should be shut down because this has to be illegal.

Terrible site. It’s almost like they don’t want you to buy tickets. It’s impossible to register.

This clinic the worest ever they destroy my face and when I complained they said send video I sent to them tell now no answer they are unprofessional and lied and don't care for the clients I don't recommend this clinic at all it was horrible experience 👎👎👎👎

After 5 months I still haven't got my refund for the tickets to "il cenacolo" in Milan.
Bought them (credited my account) a month in advance and when we get there apparently tickets had not been bought.
Ever since I have been asking to get my money back. they answer with excuses regarding my bank but i have spoken with my bank and they confirm that not refund has been made and of course it has got nothing to do with them. DO NOT USE this page.

Advice NOT to buy tickets by this organisation!!

Once bought an eTicket from Vivaticket its IMPOSSIBLE either to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE.

This is AGAINST common rules used whithin the European Union

In that case sadly you LOST YOUR MONEY...

Advice: buy your tickets ELSEWHERE

The Italian office are the lowest of the low, even though we sold our tickets for the Teatro del Silenzio 2020 concert which was postponed we still haven’t received any money. All we get is small print excuses these people will rob you blind. Do no use them, I can’t believe Andre Boccelli would use them if he knew. Ellie Tkachuk

Really bad service. Got two opera tickets in Firenze, which were of course cancelled due to corona 2020. Ok than somehow I managed to get two vouchers (which got an extended validation for 36 months) the thing is, there is nothing really interesting right now in Firenze at the opera to see. I though oh ok, let's buy another event which is serviced by Vivaticket... but no the voucher does not work. I got an answer from viva, that the voucher works only for a venue at Firenze opera. LOL...ridiculous.... 220€ thrown away, since I am not interested in any performances in 2023 so far... Thank you of for nothing... it seems like it's a criminal organization ... can't believe there is no EU regulation... will try to get it back from the credit card company... it can't work this way!

Got a totaly wrong date and time for purchased ticket Cenacolo Vinciano - CENACOLO VINCIANO . Very bad service, no response on emails, when phoning, redirecting to another company. Resell was imposible to log, because the phone number hasn't been recognized. I lost my money! Go away fron this web site!
