Magtein™ Magnesium…
I purchased Magtein™ Magnesium L-threonaat from the shop. I took 2 capsules at dinner and woke up at 3 am feeling so itchy I couldn't sleep. Not the experience I expected when I buying something to improve my sleep.
I don't have same experience with other magnesium producers.

When you want to use it for sleep you have to use it 30 minutes for bedtime and not at dinner time! Mayby combine it with L-theanine and L-Glycine. You can take 3 capsules at once too. Succes!
