I bought a phone case for a friend and she absolutely loved it. very cute product! unfortunately it started coming apart really soon after and she was so disappointed. So i contacted the company and they sent a replacement one right away without us having to send the broken one back or deal with shipping or anything. This one is not breaking so it must have just been a faulty one. Great customer service!
