Sul costo del servizio, peraltro piuttosto inferiore rispetto ad altri siti web, incidono il costo della marca da bollo richiesta dal Casellario Giudiziale e il fatto che bisogna recarsi in Tribunale per due volte, una per la presentazione e la seconda per il ritiro del documento. I ordered the stato di famiglia document but never received it. I instead received a document with only my details - none of my family members listed. I was never reimbursed. i would not recommend. VisureItalia states that my family is not listed/registered with AIRE, but that is incorrect. We have been registered with AIRE for many years. The NYC consulate explained that I could obtain the stato di famiglia with all members listed thru my comune of Rome. The document that came back from VisureItalia state the comune of Milan - again, inaccurate. They were not willing to refund me.

Good evening, we are sorry that your experience didn’t match with your expectations. The certificate was issued directly from the “Anagrafe Nazionale” and what emerges is what is shown in the Registers of the Municipal Offices. Infact, you are registered in the AIRE Register and the Family Status can only be requested on the date when you were resident in Italy. In that date, the composition of your family unit (the list of members of your family) is what is shown in the certificate: there are no others, just you! Best regards.

Gentile Michele, ci dispiace leggera la Sua recensione ma era a conoscenza del costo del servizio prima di effettuare l'ordine e anche dell'eventualità che, come riportato nella descrizione del prodotto, "in caso di targhe immatricolate prima del 1993 [...] è possibile che le targhe non siano presenti nel sistema informatico online del P.R.A. ma solo nell’archivio cartaceo dell’ufficio di competenza. In questi casi, occorre effettuare una ricerca manuale per targa presso gli archivi e di conseguenza è prevista una integrazione di euro 10,00 [...]". La visura fornita non è incompleta, ma corrisponde a quanto disponibile al PRA. Cordiali saluti.
