Unlike other French companies where I've had negative experiences without receiving any reasonable solutions (Promovacances, ANCV, etc.), I can confidently say that Edenred clearly stands out in terms of customer satisfaction. Change the associated phone number
I needed to change the phone number attached to my account. I could not do it by myself (for good reason: security) and had to contact the customer support.
The waiting time when calling the Customer support is not ideal, but once he communication came through, the support person who answered me was very friendly and clear, and solved my problem.
