Another great experience - Jihed was great
Another great experience. The website is excellent and makes it really easy to design products. I wanted to repeat an earlier order with a slightly different design. It came out at a much higher price than previously as the latest sale wasn’t quite the same as an earlier one so I decided against the purchase. This was spotted by Jihed who called and emailed me to see if he could help. I explained the issue and he was able to get me to a price that was acceptable and so I placed the order. Thanks very much Jihed.

It was so easy to create a book of memories
It was so easy to put a book of photos together and VistaPrint did all the hard work! There were several layouts available for me to choose the most appropriate one. Email confirmation was clear , book was delivered quickly and made a great part of the birthday celebrations , thanks for a lovely present.

Lorian was fantastic!
Lorian was fantastic when I had a problem with a recent order that didn't quite turn out as expected. They provided a swift response and resolution along with really helpful guidance for future orders -of which I will certainly be placing!
A second order of custom stickers went down a treat with my nephews, who were amazed how their faces were put on such a high quality product.

We value your feedback and are sorry to hear that the stickers were too dark and the logo on the mugs was not round. From our review of the mugs, we noticed the top part of the logo was cut off. This was also the way that the image was uploaded. To help, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We suggest that you edit the original artwork, re-upload the file, and place a new order for the mugs. Once again I've ordered a couple of T-Shirts and they have outdone themselves, highly recommend this company, as their items are of great quality. The colours are exactly what you see on your screen, and really vibrant and durable. My last T-shirts order was a couple of years ago and the printing is still vibrant.
They're always at hand to offer assistance, and ensure delivery is always on time or even earlier.
