Awful
Awful! Items damaged, called and spoke to an advisor who asked me to email pictures of the damage and she stated she would call me back. She never did and didn't reply to me at all. I spent a large amount of money - they called me enough times to get me to check out, but now the items are damaged, with no support and no correction.
This is not the first time my items have been damaged either.

Very good mugs & fast delivery
I ordered just 60 mugs for a classic car club I am Chairman of. I have had many orders from Vista Print over the years and this last order didn't disappoint. The mugs arrived within just a couple of days.

I sent a new photo with out the white shadow on right hand side of the card I was chatting to Janice on the chat sent new picture and she said she got it and that was the picture she updated but it was still the old shadowed picture so for that reason I’m not happy it should be all black with yellow lettering and plain white on back cheers Les

Honestly, a really poor experience. The design was wrong the first time, and after they assured me it had been corrected, the replacement was even worse and still incorrect. If they have any quality control, they should actually check what they're sending out—especially when it's meant to be a corrected order. Very disappointing, and not a company I would recommend.
