I re-visited the Market St branch in…

I re-visited the Market St branch in Crewe over an eye problem.
An urgent appontment was mafe for me, I visited the branch where my eyes were checked and was refered to the local hospital for treatment at their earliest to resolve the problem I had

Birkenhead Branch.

Birkenhead Branch.
Absolutely brilliant staff from start to finish from picking my glasses to getting them adjusted and even replaced with a different frame.Dealt with about five people over three trips to the shop and everyone of them were polite ,professional and friendly.
Would definitely use them again for my next pair of glasses.

Love my glasses.

Love my glasses.
However,
The lenses in my round Oakley pair are being replaced again. This is the second time. I only received the glasses back end of March, been on holiday & the lenses have failed again. Very disappointing.
My second pair of Oakleys have also failed and need to be replaced..they are not as badly damaged but have to drive with my head tipped back to be able to see clearly.
I was with spec saves before & always had reactlight & antiglare and for over 10 years never had one issue.
This is my first experience with Vision Express & I paid extra with a cover i have but to have such poor quality in the lenses and the product clearly having a fault I feel so disappointed.
Especially when I have outlaid so much money for a product that keeps having a faulty issues.

These lens products need really looking at as something clearly does not work.
There were some other glasses in store with a similar issue.

The consultant was knowledgeable about her job.

The consultant was knowledgeable, patient and kind, that did my eye care. The customer service rep, could have been more patient and serve her customers with respect.

Fantastic experience.

From reception to leaving having selected my frames and lenses' was a "very enjoyable experience". I opted for the additional eye test's which give reassurance about the health of your eye's and i would recommend it. The Optician was superb. This was the most comprehensive eye test ever, and i left delighted, that my new glasses would both, improve my vision and look great.

Great Customer Service

I recently had an eye test at Vision Express in Halifax. The staff were friendly and helpful and the optician was professional and explained everything clearly. They help you choose your frames when you are struggling and are really approachable. An all round 5 star experience.
