Quick and Responsive
After getting to the right location, it was quick to fill out the form. The hold up was having all the required documents to submit online. Overall, it was not difficult and VISAGOV.com responded quickly.

It took 2 weeks to receive our visa
It took 2 weeks to receive our visa. I sent messages 3 times through the contact section on their site and no responses. I eventually found an email and emailed them and they responded 1 day later and our visas arrived that same day.
It was lack of communication and we feared that we had been scammed.

Egypt multiple entry - in good time
Applied for an Egypt multiple entry visa, it was granted and emailed to me when Visagov had predicted, i.e. around 60 days before my arrival. Great service…!

My application was too complicated
My application was too complicated - it took nearly two weeks. I travel a lot worldwide, but nowhere I had so many visa problems, sorry to tell this. I ordered a visa WITHOUT any additional insurance, but then insurance was added - why???? I paid nearly 120 USD instead of 80 which is even very high.
