I heard stories from people I know who work at the mall who encounter these aggressive disrespectful salesmen like Vine Vera and similar companies. I too fell for the trick by assuming they were needy helpless kiosk salesmen in need of selling their product. Good thing I didn't bring my money, but I let one of them do a demonstration on my skin just in case. Yes, I was offered to buy not just the cream peeling for my skin but a bunch of other products. Then they told me that I was going to get a discount because I am "beautiful".

I’ve been walking by the store in…

I’ve been walking by the store in Sydney (Warringa Mall) for 4+ years always avoiding the sale person. Today I was in some “list mood” and responded hi ... she gave me the sample and invited inside to show how to properly apply this MOISTURISER 🤣

After she showed me the magic exfoliating and said ai really really need it pointing on my red cheeks. I asked - how much? And she’s like - its A$250

I rolled my eyes and she immediately offered me a discount to $199. I said - I’ve been out of work due to Covid for 6 months. I’m not going to buy anything more than $50 🤣🤣🤣 so she run after me offering to buy it for $99. This made me very curious to read reviews online.

And it’s $60 On amazon 🤣🤣🤣

I bought Chianti Age Correcting Syringe and Eye Collection cream while in Vegas for reducing wrinkles, paid over $300. I was told to only use twice per month, When i returned home the Chanti Age product only had one more application and it was empty. The packaging looks like it has lots of applications but turns out it has only 3 at most. Do not get tricked like I was!

It should not be permitted to sell this ripoff

It should not be permitted to sell this product in Australia. It’s a totally a fraud a rip off especially something that is grossly overpriced with not results at all. DON’T BUY IT!! they don’t take any responsibility once you complain that the product it’s a rip off and you don’t see absolutely NOT RESULTS. There are trying to get the customers who are fallen by their charming. So disrespectful, not moral not shame!!.

We went to Valletta in Malta in January…

We went to Valletta in Malta in January 2020 in the main shopping area we were persuaded to buy a syringe of eye cream, for 250 euros. We were assured that applying it once a week it would last for 2 years. Now after 4 applications yes 4 the syringe is completely empty. I feel that the sales people were verging on criminal I thought it strange that there were several swarthy young men in attendance. When we came out I said to my partner that they looked like they were part of the Sopranos probably not too far from the truth. I have tried to contact vine vera with no response. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING

I was attacked by a PUSHY salesman at…

I was attacked by a PUSHY salesman at South Shore Plaza in Braintree Massachusetts. I had just returned shoes, to a store in the mall, and was attempting to leave the mall. I spotted this aggressive salesman, and slipped into another store in order to avoid him, but wasn't successful in him getting the message of "NOT INTERESTED"!
As I attempted to slip by him, he ran after me and grab my hand -putting something on my skin, and proceeded his "CON" on how great my hand looked - compared to my other hand. To make a long story short: he kept pressuring me to purchase these expensive Vine Vera face products, and each time I said NO -wasn't interested, he offered a "much better deal". Finally, just to get away from him, I purchased face products totaling $250.00 - that I didn't want, planning to return them later. Well, when I got home and read "NO RETURNS", on the sales slip, I was furious and realized that I was "Conned"! I'm just shocked, that the mall management would allow such a business to ACCOST, ASSAULT(hand grabbing), and CON people out of money! He also made some sexual advances to me... It was a most horrible experience, and I no longer feel comfortable visiting South Shore Plaza! At the time, I almost contacted the local News..in order to get my money back, but I didn't - feeling completely victimized by Vine Vera! Shame on South Shore Plaza- allowing this abusive sales practice to continue! I have been going to South Shore Plaza since I was a small child, and was SHOCKED to have this experience- very foreign to me. Never again Vine Vera...

Nah nah nah

Nah, nah, nah! It’s only for 15 minutes you can see this “amazing” result they are so intensively speaking about but after that the eye cream was so dry around my eyes, I couldn’t wait to wash it off. It doesn’t change the way your skin looks under the product it just masks it for that moment similar to concealer. Please don’t waist your money but DRINK MORE WATER INSTEAD!

Overpriced Rubbish

As below - extremely pushy salesmen in the outlet mall in Las Vegas. Put some eye cream on one eye and then somehow persuaded my husband to say how much better that eye then looked! He told if the product would used once a week it would last me 2 years. 5 months later it has run out and I can honestly say that I don't look any different. He rubbed some grimey stuff in my hand and included a tube of that in the "deal" - something over $200 US for the pack. I complained to the company, saying that I was promised that this stuff would last 2 years and they replied saying it would only last 3-6 months to a year (whatever that is supposed to mean). They said they only manufacture it and I would have to contact the retailer with my complaint. As I live in UK and no longer have the details, it is not an option. Instead I wrote this review!!!!

Completely unprofessional

Completely unprofessional, horrible vine vera customer service. A creepy guy flirting with me and giving cheesy compliments just so he can sell the products. Was touchy feely with me. Suggested I be his girlfriend. I like vine vera and their products. What I don't like is this guy. Everyone else I've encountered from vine vera has been professional and helpful.

Sales Harrassment

Vine Vera Bond Street London 2018 = the sales tactics are so unethical it should be banned as it gives the street a bad reputation. They use gang culture outside the shop to decide what extreme attitude to adopt. I crossed the street to escape but the cosmetic company opposite did the same thing and dragged me inside. I escaped both by relying on logic, the lies they tell are staggering. Good skin is acheived by being sensible in how you protect it from damage rather than buying any of their products. Dread to think what strength preservative is needed to stop it decomposing by what they say is in it but a patch test is out of the question with them. I was told that I had to buy the product now because once I leave the shop I'd never come back. Right on that last detail.

Dragged in!!

This company had to problem with it's customer service policy. They don't care!!! Extremely pushy and they clearly won't listen. I went to there store in San Francisco (Grant St.) and they were unprofessional. I'm glad I didn't have my wallet on me. Once they realized that, they became very VERY rude. They dragged me into the store...then they pushed me out. WOW!!!

Very poor experience all round

Really surprised to see no reviews for this company on here.
I was 'conned' into buying cosmetics from here. The sales tactics are extremely dubious. I never buy products without researching, particularly if I'm putting them on my skin. But the pressure to buy here is actually unsettling.
And the products, whilst very expensive, are totally uninspiring. I'm sure the product that was used in the store is different to the one I took home. It does nothing.
Walk on by!
