Bought the minoxidile for £90 would not waist your money made no differnce been using it for 6 months.

Effortless process throughout. The initial consultation was straightforward and very informative. Martin was great with answering any questions I had. On the day, I was greeted at reception by the team and made to feel at ease. The clinic was clean, staff was friendly and walked me through the process step by step.

The procedure was painless (other than the initial anaesthetic injections which are not too bad) I was comfortable throughout the procedure which took a few hours (with time to stop for some lunch). I had been considering the procedure for almost a year and I really wish I had of got it done sooner. My hairline made me very self conscious and often wore a hat to avoid my hair coming out of place and exposing my hairline. Immediately after the procedure I felt a new sense of confidence and relief that I would no longer have to try and hide my hairline.

I am now on the 4th post procedure and other than some swelling in my forehead and eyes, I have not had any discomfort or pain.

I would highly recommend Vinci to anyone considering getting a hair transplant, the overall experience has been great and so straight forward.

From start to finish the team at Vinci, Harley Street were excellent. They made you feel welcome, relaxed and reassured. They always talked you through a thorough process and procedure at the start and especially when they were completing different parts of the process so you understood why.

They explained when there was likely to be increased pain and discomfort and provided good reassurance and strategies to manage this. I would say the only pain I experienced was during the anaesthetic stage, which I would say was a 7-8 out of 10 in pain. Bearable but not ongoing pain.

Vinci Hair in Malaga did a very good and very professional job restoring my hairline.
The introductory meeting, including validation of donor area was fulfilling and the operation day was a success.
It is a long and exhausting day but the professionalism of Vinvi was clear and I felt in good hands.
They gave good instructions on the days after, first days are a bit tough, but they followed up and I felt looked after. Everything went well and
Now, 3.5 months later, my grafts are growing very well and it already looks like my trembles have good hair growth and it will only get better and denser in coming months. Soon I will have a fully restored hairline I am sure.

Highly professional and from my first call with Anthony, he explained everything to me without and answered all the questions I had without even having to ask them.

There was clear communication throughout leading up to the transplant with anymore questions that came up answered quickly.

On the actual day of the transplant the team were fantastic, since then they’ve checked in and a question I asked was answered almost immediately from the medical team.

From the minute I spoke to a very helpful chap called Martin to the minute I left the clinic after my procedure I cannot praise this clinic enough and all the wonderful staff that work here. Martin who I originally started dealing with was beyond helpful , on procedure day the 3 or four lovely ladies that carried out my procedure were so professional and amazing at their job. Cannot fault the entire process in any way shape or form. One VERY happy customer !!!

I went to Vinci in Malaga in September to get my transplant done, the service was brilliant and the staff were very attentive, they made me feel really comfortable during the whole experience and even after since getting home they send me messages just to check in on how I’m doing and if there is anything I need to know or to do during the healing stages. Booking everything was made very easy and I was shown everything that would happen from the start until finish in fine detail by Neil the senior consultant who has helped me greatly through the process. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Visited Malaga clinic in March 2025, very professional, instantly put at ease about the whole experience. results are incredible and well worth it. I had my transplant 2 weeks ago and all is going well. The level of service and care shown at Vinci was fantastic. They guide you through step by step on the day and make you feel totally at ease. Would recommend this company highly.

I paid for a hair transplant here and never received the treatment. To make matters worse, they are refusing to refund me.

Please, do yourself a favour and look through the countless one-star reviews—I am far from the only one. The warning signs are everywhere, with horror stories that should make anyone think twice before trusting this company.

They are hugely overpriced for what is ultimately a poor-quality, sales-driven service. There is no genuine patient care, no proper duty of care—just a slick pitch designed to take your money.

When I asked for time to properly consider the risks (which were never fully explained), I was told that if I didn’t have surgery there and then, I would lose my money. I have evidence of this and I’m happy to share it—feel free to reach out to me directly on socials.

To make things even worse, the lead surgeon pulled back my hair, pointed to my receding hairline, and told me I “needed” a transplant. The way this was handled left me feeling dehumanised, embarrassed, and humiliated.

When I raised my concerns, they made no attempt to resolve the situation or even listen. It was clear they cared only about the sale, not the patient.

Yes, they’ll probably reply here with some excuse—but don’t just take my word for it. Read through the dozens of other one-star reviews. They speak for themselves.

First of all the medical team were very welcoming on the day which was a couple of days ago in London. I personally was with two technicians and another who came in the room at different stages of the procedure to see how things were going . I felt relaxed and cared for at every stage. I was talking with the young lady’s all the way through and it made me feel relaxed and at ease all the way through. At the end of the day I was given an after care kit and told about post procedure care in detail. I could see that the medical team here are very professional and take these procedures very seriously. I will be giving another review when I can see further results from the procedure. I felt looked after from the moment I arrived. The team are clearly experts and work well together always ensuring I was comfortable and explaining everything that was happening.
Absolute professionals!

I had a very negative experience with Vinci Hair Clinic. I paid a deposit for a hair transplant, but later it became clear that I was not a suitable candidate due to health issues affecting my scalp. I provided Vinci with clear and comprehensive medical evidence from three independent dermatologists confirming my situation.

Instead of acting responsibly, the clinic repeatedly tried to postpone my surgery every few months, encouraging me to continue as a client rather than addressing the fact that I was not fit for the procedure. When I decided to cancel permanently to protect my health and requested a refund, Vinci refused to return my payment. They played time-delay tactics, requesting repeated evidence which I provided, only to then be told that the case would be put on hold because the director was going on holiday. I was also told they have 30 days to “consider” my refund, even though I had already supplied overwhelming medical evidence.

This behaviour shows a lack of professionalism and ethics. Clinics should never push patients who are unsuitable for a procedure, and they certainly should not withhold refunds in such clear-cut cases. In my experience, Vinci Hair Clinic put their financial interests above patient well-being.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering them to think twice. I would not wish anyone else to go through the same frustrating and irresponsible treatment that I have faced. I will be of course, be making formal complaints to the official medical bodies and claiming my money back through the legal route.

From my initial phone consultation a few months ago until my post op phone call from Susanne the next day, my experience with Vinci, Malaga so far has been outstanding. Sam, the Hair Loss specialist explained the procedure and what to expect, Mark organised booking me in, Lisa came to the rescue and ordered me a post-op kit very last minute (thanks Lisa). Alicia organised the hotel and the driver to collect us from the airport. I received detailed emails as to where to meet the driver at the airport, where the hotel was and also directions to walk to the clinic. We arrived in Malaga the day before the procedure and went to meet Susanne late afternoon. I would highly recommend doing this, because if you have any concerns about the procedure, you have the opportunity to discuss everything with her. She is a really caring person, very friendly and professional and immediately put my mind at ease. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The clinic itself was a very welcoming environment, friendly and not austere. The hotel they booked us into was lovely and only a very short walk to the clinic. The next day, I arrived just before 8am, had my BP taken, was given a diazepam and an anti-biotic pill. Susanne then outlined my new hairline with white pen and checked that I was happy with it. After that, I got my buzzcut which apart from giving a much clearer path for the new grafts to go into, is advised as you definitely don’t want your new grafts being snagged by longer hair. My scalp was then numbed with local anaesthetic and I was good to go. There was a team of 5 working on my hair (Dr. Susanne and her 4 technicians: Caroline, Lulu, Bibiana and Veronica. Thank you all ladies for your care, expertise and stamina for being on your feet all day!). The harvesting took until lunchtime and we stopped for a short lunch break (lunch provided). The grafting then began early afternoon and finished around 6pm. During this part of the procedure, you can ‘relax’ and choose something to watch on Prime. I am now day 4 post op, still tender, but very happy with my new hairline. I can’t wait to watch my new hair coming through in time. I would highly recommend the Vinci Team in Malaga. They really are a team, working very well together. Their friendliness and professionalism put me at ease for what I felt was going to be a daunting procedure. I cannot thank you enough again ladies.

I was given scalp pigmentation top up after my initial treatment in 2023.

Luba was the technician, a wonderful person who greeted me professionally and courteously.

During the treatment Luba kept me informed and checked on my well-being regularly.

I am so pleased with the result, it looks so natural, i would recommend using Vinci before any other company who carries out this work.
