My experience with this company has been frustrating from start to finish. While a few staff members were polite, others were unhelpful and failed to address my concerns. I spent months trying to get my issue resolved, but communication was poor and I kept receiving delays instead of solutions.I expected much better customer service, especially after raising the same problem multiple times. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling ignored and disappointed. Based on what I went through, I would not recommend this service.

I am 8 months post opp and the results have exceeded my expectations. The entire experience from start to finish was sublime. I now have a full head of hair. If you worried it will hurt it doesn’t. If you are worried about what you will look like during the recovery you can just wear hair really short after 2 weeks. THE WORDS DO NOT EXIST TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. Instead of accepting that opinion, I consulted a few other reputable clinics, and they confirmed I was a good candidate. I eventually had the procedure elsewhere, and the results have been excellent so far.
This experience taught me that one clinic's opinion isn't always the right one. Always do your research and get a second or even third opinion before making a decision. I'm glad I didn't give up after my first consultation.

I booked a consultation expecting a professional experience, but it was disappointing from start to finish. The appointment began well behind schedule, and there was no explanation or update while I waited.The consultation itself felt rushed and unprofessional. The setting did not inspire confidence, especially considering the cost of the procedure. I expected a clean, organized, and professional environment, but it fell far short of those expectations.I was also told I would receive a treatment quote later that day, but several days passed without any follow-up. I eventually consulted another clinic, where the process was far more professional and I received my quote promptly.Based on my experience, I would recommend researching other options before committing.

I made an initial enquiry to learn more about the service, but after deciding to book my procedure with another clinic, I informed them of my decision. Despite this, I continued receiving frequent phone calls and messages encouraging me to book with them.I expected my request to stop further contact to be respected, but the communication continued. The experience felt excessive and became frustrating. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before sharing their contact details.

From the initial contact to post op care, I can only praise the Vinci Manchester team. From my first consultation with Neil I was put at ease and informed exactly what to expect throughout the process and beyond.
On the day of the procedure Dr Lurri and all staff were informative, friendly and the whole process felt personal and well organised.
I can say the process wasn't at all as daunting as I thought it would be and in fact I nearly fell asleep in the chair towards the end of the procedure.
The post op care has been great and I was provided with all information and a schedule to help this process, so I felt all the way through like I knew what to do next which was very reassuring.
I am on 9 days post operation at the time of writing this but I am happy already with the results and people have commented about how good it looks already.
Looking forward now the coming months, but I would 100% recommend if you are looking for a professional UK based hair clinic Vinci Manchester, Dr Lurri and the team are experts in their field.

It’s now 3 months post-op, so I know it’s still early and I can’t comment on the final result, however, An uneven hairline is not going to change and wanted to share my experience with Vinci.

I arrived at 8am and was told my surgeon was running slightly late due to train delays, which I had no issue with as it was only around 10–15 minutes. However, once she arrived, everything felt very rushed.

When the surgeon first drew the hairline, I immediately raised concerns about the shape and symmetry. I was told: “Let’s do the extractions and we can sort it later.” During the second part of the procedure, I brought it up again. From her tone, I could tell she wasn’t happy I mentioned it again, but she reassured me she would fix it.

As you can imagine, the minute after surgery I looked in the mirror and could already see the hairline was so uneven. (10mm difference from one side to the other) I was extremely disappointed and raised it again, only to be told by the surgeon: “I also have an uneven hairline.” That honestly wasn’t what I wanted to hear after my procedure.

It took me 3 years to build up the confidence to finally get a hair transplant, and in the last few months dozens of people have commented on the unevenness of my hairline, which has been heartbreaking. I just wish they had taken more time to listen to my concerns during the procedure.

Maybe I was naïve, but I genuinely thought going to a Harley Street clinic would mean a premium experience and greater attention to detail.

The supporting staff were lovely throughout, so this is not directed at them at all. I’m just really disappointed with the surgeon and wish Vinci would take more ownership and accountability regarding what I believe is a poor hairline/transplant

Had my first ever consultation for my hair transplant. Sean made me feel welcomed and at ease with all the information he provided. Talking through the process before, on and after the procedure. It made me feel like I’m in good hands with Vinci Hair. Managed to fit me in, even after messing around with times. Thank you again, Sean! Can’t wait to get booked in.

From the start to the finish, Vinci hair clinic were amazing. Neil McAleese was my consultant and he was friendly, helpful, informative and organised. On the day of the transplant, friendly staff greet you in a fabulous reception, putting you at ease. During the process you are made comfortable and looked after. Other than the injections, it was painless. I thoroughly recommend Vinci and their committed and friendly staff.

Had a really great experience at Vinci Hair Clinic in London. I was pretty nervous going in, but Dr. Ben and his team were genuinely reassuring and made the whole process easy. The clinic is incredibly clean and professional, which instantly gave me peace of mind about the clinical side of things. Honestly, the main thing is that the results have been brilliant. It’s rare to find a place that matches high hygienic standards with actual, noticeable outcomes, but they absolutely nailed it. Really glad I chose them.

Had a consultation with Sean at Vinci Clinic almost 3 months ago and honestly I haven’t regretted a single decision. I finally decided to start finasteride and minoxidil after wanting to do something about my hair for ages, but I was always unsure until I met Sean. After speaking with him it was an instant “yeah let’s do it” moment.

So far I’ve had amazing results and absolutely no side effects. I’m genuinely excited to see what the future holds with the treatment. Sean made the whole process feel easy, professional and reassuring from the start.

I have had a great experience with Vinci from my first consultation right through to Post Op. Everything was well organised and set out for me and the level of care was outstanding. Dr Rossler and her team of consultants were excellent and I can not recommend them enough

Recently got a hair transplant through Vinci and the full experience was great, Deagan helped me through the booking process but also educating me on the fundamental knowledge required before making the decision to go ahead with the procedure, throughout the entire time he made himself available for any questions and checked in frequently which was great to keep my mind at ease.

I went to the Malaga clinic for the procedure and Dr Susanne Rossier was the expert in charge, she was excellent and very communicative throughout the day and also gave me a curtesy call the next morning to check in everything was okay which was above and beyond from her so thank you Dr Rossier, i also must give credit to the nurses who worked alongside her in helping out so thank you also to Lulu, Vero and Caroline who were just lovely and excellent throughout.

I would strongly recommend and have already recommend this clinic to others and had told the friend i recommended to ask for Deagan if possible and go to malaga to get the procedure as my experience was faultless,

Had an appt booked in belfast firstly i was told their was a clinic in belfast but this is not true.
Appointment was for 16:00 i arrived at 15:50 to a rented Regus office which does not instil confidence. Filled out my forms and was kept waiting till 16:40. 40 minutes late not 1 offer of a drink at all.
I get called in with the most unprofessional person i have ever met firstly the smell of cigarettes was disgusting, a table that was falling off its stand. Having my hair inspected with cigarette smelling fingers is revolting. I realise this is not were the procedure is being carried out but you want a decent amount of professionalism when looking to spend upwards of 3-6k on an operation. To top it off i was told i would receive my quote that night and I still have not got it 5 days on 😂 honestly the worst experience ever. I have since had a conversation, consultation with another company and had the quote within 1 hour in a professional clinical environment with no constant swearing during it. Avoid at all costs people

I am 7 days post op and am really pleased with the service and also the personal care from the Vinci team. The doctors and nurses really looked after me on the day of my procedure and made me feel at ease. Whilst there is some discomfort, they helped to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible. I am now excited to see how my hair looks in the future. Thank you to all the team. Steve M

Unfortunately I had smp procedure carried out by there technicians in Manchester Vinci clinic in 2023 which was to dark and I was also unhappy with the hairline, I contacted them straight away and I was told to wait 12 months for it to settle which I did so I contacted Vinci after the 12month period about this issue because it didn't rectify itself, I was rebooked a appointment at the Manchester branch where they tried using a dilutted acid to lighten the smp which didn't work I also found this procedure very painful,after this the manager at the time left a new manager was appointed he promised to sort the issue out by laser and to get the Smp redone lighter for free of charge because it was not my fault and it was down to the technicians error, unfortunately he left aswell and a new manager was appointed but she does not communicate by phone only by email which i find very strange unlike the 2 previous managers who actually called you back I found this very annoying I tried to book the laser sessions at first she emailed me saying it wouldn't work I found it on their website that they can can remove Smp with laser but she wanted to Charge me £300 per a session for laser for the removal of the smp which was a botched job from one of there technicians as a paying customer I have found this very stressful and unprofessional this issue is still ongoing now and I personally wouldn't recommend any one using this company due to the way they have handled the whole situation.

I've been wanting a hair transplant for a few years now, and I decided to go for it. From the initial consultation with Axel, I knew I had found the right place.

On the day of the surgery, I was met by a very friendly receptionist and I met Dr Ben and his team. Everyone was really lovely.

The Aftercare pack I received was well stocked and has really helped me with my recovery.

Everything the team did appears to have worked as it should. Now it's just down to me to nurture.

I recently had a hair transplant at the Málaga clinic with Dr. Susanne Rössler and her team, with Neil as my consultant. I’m now two weeks post-op and really happy with how it’s looking so far — looking forward to seeing the full result.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Neil was great throughout — really helpful and easy to deal with — and I felt comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Rössler and her team were brilliant — calm, professional, and clearly know exactly what they’re doing. They made me feel really confident going into the procedure, which made a big difference.

On the day, I was the only patient, which made it feel very relaxed and personal. I was at ease throughout.
