I placed an order recently with Villager Jim for two commemorative hearts (one slate and one ceramic) and a Tiny Little Gift (Otto the Grey Cat). The ordering process was very straightforward. I was really impressed with the quality of the products, the price and the speed of delivery. Will definitely order from Villager Jim again and will recommend this company to family and friends.

I had ordered a product. It did not arrive. Contacted Customers and a replacement was sent and delivered within 48 hours.
There appeared to be an issue with the delivery service. Not their fault, but they were able to reply to customers and let them know what was going on with their order.

My Son bought me the most beautiful Daffodil hanging bouquet for Mother’s Day - such a gorgeous gift, packaging was lovely. Hen sorted out a tiny problem for me very quickly and efficiently - would highly recommend x

There was a problem with my delivery from Royal Mail. Got in touch with Villager Jim who sorted it out and it arrived yesterday.

I have been purchasing VJ's beautiful wildlife calendar for the past three - four years. One for myself, and one for a family member. VJ's photography is incredible, I really enjoy looking at my calendar every day. The ordering process is easy/straightforward, the calendars are printed on good quality paper, there's plenty of room to write appointments/birthdays etc. The calendars are well packaged. Highly recommend.
There are loads of lovely products on the website, something for all animal lovers! Go and have a look.

Late last year my husband bought me the little gingerbread boy in a box. I was so thrilled to receive this little guy. He is beyond cute and so very well behaved.
The quality of the carving is not something you would have expected. The level of detail for the price is amazing. The parcel was well packaged and arrived quickly after the order.
Would I recommend this product to family and friends? I already have done. I look forward to treating myself to a little friend for my Gingerbread boy xxx

I have used Villager Jim to purchase my dogs tags for their collars for years. As I get a new dog I get my tags from them I also love the little add ons with the heart and the little bones. I also have had ones to put on my key rings never the address but my mobile number something you hope if they were lost would be able to ring me. Always well made and good quality metals never had any failures.

I ordered a personalised slate heart. It is beautiful and a lovely keepsake for a neighbour who lost her pet. She has too commented on how lovely it is. My order arrived in a timely manner and packaged well. I will definitely order from Villager Jim again.

I love Villager Jim’s work from my first buy of ‘Ascent of Stag’. I’ve also ordered memorial items for my dog's along with mugs and have to say the service has been amazing. Can’t fault the quality. I just wish I had a bigger house to accommodate more photographs!

I ordered the mini- metal paw art work in January. I knew the product would be lovely, as I have ordered before. However, it never arrived.. in part, after prompt investigation, as the first line of my address had not been recorded and had gone unnoticed; but also because Royal Mail could not deliver it, despite name, area, and post code being correct. After speaking with Royal Mail, they felt it would have been sent back to Villager Jim, as the sender.
The company was contacted, and again, the concern was promptly investigated and my order was resent and delivered to me the very next day. I can't fault the customer service and communication with this company, and my paw print metal work is of excellent quality. Thank you for getting it to me, despite the delivery delays.

I've bought a number of items from VJ over the years, from cards to metal dog ornaments to ceramic hearts and I've been very happy with every single thing. I live in Australia so things take longer to arrive, but never longer than I've expected it to. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Although there was an initial problem with delivery my enquiry was handled immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Great customer service is so important and this was a great example of it.
