Products are good quality and the calendars this year are stunning. Customer service is first class, emails are answered so quickly and Hen is very helpful and friendly which makes supporting this small business a pleasure.

I ordered 2 of the cat calendars. The site was easy to navigate. I was kept informed of the progress. They arrived promptly by Royal Mail. They were very securely and safely packed. The calendars were absolutely brilliant, as were other items I've bought from Villager Jim.

Great customer service, I had a problem with my order - the wrong item was sent. They were quick to answer my email and sorted the situation quickly and easily by sending the correct item right away. Products are good quality and beautiful, would order from them again!

I bought an indoor door mat for £26.99. I did think at the time, that it was a little expensive but thought it would be great for my daughter for her birthday. How disappointed I was when it arrived! It had been folded in half and placed in a plastic bag and when I took it out, it had creases running all the way down the middle up to a width of roughly 3 inches. I emailed to complain, as in my opinion, the mat should not have been folded, and as I had paid over £6 for postage and packaging, I had expected a little more care and suitable packaging. The reply from ‘Hen’ stated that this is how they were always sent and if I placed a heavy object on it for a length of time, the creases would disappear! (Seems that this may have happened before!) Or I could, if I wished, send the item back. However, on reading the returns policy, there is no point me returning this as I would have to pay the postage to return, plus 10% of the price on top of the original cost of postage to me. I am very disappointed as the design of the mat is very cute but it’s really thin and not worth the £26.99 that I paid for it.

I bought a beautiful Dachshund mug which unfortunately arrived with the handle broken off. I contacted the company by email and it was quickly rectified & I soon received another mug in the post. Very pleased dealing with this company.

I ordered a personalised memorial cat heart when it arrived I was disappointed as I couldn’t really make out the name I contacted Villager Jim and they offered to replace it with a different font I received it a few days later and am very pleased with the item and their personal service have bought a few items from them over the years very prompt dispatch highly recommended thank you again Villiager Jim.

My initial disappointment on receiving the incorrect item was dealt with very promptly and I received the correct quality item within 2 days. I was also told to keep the incorrect item so as to not create any more work for me in returning it. I found this to be extremely generous and what a pleasant rare experience it was to deal with an actual person who clearly cares about it's customers. Well done and many thanks Villager Jim.

Got my bestie of 55yrs a Villager Jim gift. A plant pot with her name engraved on it, saying she was Blooming Marvellous! She adores anything for the garden and she is potty about plants, and all things bulb-like. The pot is beautifully made; just the right size and a thing of beauty. I was well pleased with my purchase, and my friend very pleased with her pot. Follow Villager Jim on Facebook and Instagram…. Just delightful and entertaining.

I wanted to leave a review for this company as I feel very satisfied with the service received. I was also a bit sceptical ordering initially with them being a small business rather than a mainstream, well known company so hopefully this will reassure other buyers.

My item arrived quickly and was well packaged. The clock I ordered was beautiful and wonderful quality. There was a slight issue with the seconds hand on the clock so I emailed them and I received a very quick response with a solution which worked.

I cannot fault this company and would 100% order from them again.

I ordered a cup from Villager Jim when it arrived the cup had a broken handle. Obviously this was the fault of the delivery company and not Villager Jim. I contacted Villager to advise via email I got a response the next working day and they replaced the Cup straight away. It arrived quickly and was exactly as I had ordered. I would order from them again.

I ordered a Heart Oak with Robins to commemorate what would have been my Mum's 100th birthday on 2nd August. My Mum loved her garden & robins.
I was anxious that the Heart arrive in time for the day so contacted Villager Jim shop to explain the situation & asking if they could ensure prompt dispatch.
They replied to say they'd do their very best & sure enough it arrived two days later.
I'm so grateful to them.
The Heart is beautiful & good quality. It looks lovely on my garden fence & is a perfect memory of my Mum.

I'm so glad I came across Villager Jim. Our most beloved family cat Phoebe had to be unexpectedly put to sleep recently which was particularly hard for us all.

I was googling for an pet's memory keepsake etc, not entirely sure what I was after. Up popped Villager Jim with a product that was just perfect.

Unusually for me I ordered it instantly. It was a hanging cut out metal heart containing a cat's silhouette, tail continuing out a little at the bottom tip with Phoebe's name beautifully inscribed within it. It's beautiful, tasteful and I was very moved when it arrived.

The heart is now on the pot of a new small lilac tree.

I'm truly grateful as I feel this completes everything. I feel I've done my very best for our precious cat, so a heartfelt thank you.

May I add an important tip that not everyone seems to be aware of. If you're creating a memorial plant with your loved one's ashes, please make sure you use specially formulated amendment soil to mix with the ashes first before adding to the pot. This way the plant/tree/bush won't go into shock and wither away.

Even our vets had no idea of this. So if Phoebe's passing can thoughtfully help others then that's just lovely.
