Aranque !!

Aranque! Unfortunately I did it very quick and not until the end I realised that they were charging almost 60€ for a service that costs 3,70€ on the governments official site !!! Not 5 minutes had past and I sent a Mail asking for a refund, they wrote back to me 12 hours later saying that it was not possible as I already agreed to pay for it and that they already started with the process so they could not issue a refund. I did receive the vignette but paid 56€ more!!!
