Schandalige Customer Care
Subscribed for a free trial to watch an episode of something. Naturally forgot I linked it to my linkedin account and saw that I paid more than 100 euros for nothing (I could've at least use it). All this being my fault however I still think its incorporated in their businessplan.
Sent them polite mails stating I would like to cancel the subscription, I got automatic responses which did not help me at all. I actually had to block them from paypall to end my subscription.
Rarely experienced so a little care about the customer. Shame on Videoland.
