I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Victoria’s Secret USA. I placed an order that I never received, which is completely unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was the lack of proper support from the customer service.
Overall, it was an awful and frustrating experience where u don’t get your order nor a refund. Definitely I do not recommend ordering from Victoria’s Secret USA

I shop online and haven't tried VS in awhile. Still a great product but now with sale pricing and easy returns. Their pajamas are so cute and hold up well after many washings. I still have some sweats I bought like 15 years ago and they are my very favorites!

Victoria Secret Australia. I was charged twice for the same order and even with evidence I can’t get a refund for the double charge.

I ordered a pack of 4 knickers and paid £26 for them. When they arrived they had a price sticker on for £20. Sent an email querying this and within 10 minutes I’d had a phone call offering a resolution. Absolutely amazing customer service- on a Sunday evening as well. I’m so impressed thank you.

I recently purchased multiple clearance perfumes at one of your stores, and an associate confirmed they were part of a valid clearance sale.
After completing my purchase, I returned shortly after to buy more, but the manager refused further sales despite there being significant stock available.
There was no clear explanation of any purchase limit, and the interaction felt uncomfortable and inconsistent.
I would appreciate clarification on your policy and feedback on how this situation was handled.

Terrible company.

I just spoke with Zoilo from our Victoria’s Secret Customer Care team. I explained that I ordered 15 pairs of panties and when my order was being shipped out I got an email saying 2 were cancelled so I was asking why that was if they were out of stock could they replace with 2 different colors. He said they were not out of stock they have 11 left. So they cancelled 2 orders because they’re low in stock absolutely unacceptable. I ordered them it didn’t say out of stock on the website so that’s not my issue. Furthermore. He wanted to charge me right now to add two more and refund the rest in 3-5 days I said no. Because they have already taken out the exact amount for that order. Why would you give me money later and charge me now. Just add it to my order. Furthermore. I’m not trying to be a b**** but it’s frustrating because I used to work for this company and this was completely unprofessional of them to make a mistake and then charge me and delay a refund. I already paid a week ago so just use that “pending” charge. Zoilio was completely unprofessional asking me if I wanted to add a bra to my purchase. After I had made it very clear. I just wanted what I had ordered. He’s not a sales rep I do not understand why he in customer service was trying to upsell me. Completely disgusting and disrespectful when I’m trying to get help with an order I’ve already placed. Absolutely ridiculous.

I purchased 10 items from Victoria secret online the delivery was prompt but several of the items spilled. This left me disappointed.

I have been using Victoria Secret undies for decades. They used to last for over a year and I bought them annually. The last set I bought lasted not even a month before they started shredding- the lace thong collection. I’m done. Not using them anymore ever. They are now around the same quality as Walmart.

Victoria’s Secret is a SCAM.

I returned part of my order using GLS (tracking ID available), and the return was successfully delivered to their warehouse over a week ago. They have already confirmed receiving it (through customer support chat, not by a separate email though).

Despite this, they refuse to issue a refund. Instead, support keeps telling me to contact the carrier or my bank, which makes no sense since the return is already delivered.

They also refuse to provide any email or escalation contact and simply close the chat without resolving anything.

This is a clear attempt to avoid refunding customers.

Avoid at all costs.

I had been dreaming about pajama set and constantly checking for sales. I finally waited for a discount, placed the order, and the money was charged , so the order went through. At first, I didn't receive an order confirmation email, so I contacted customer support. The first associate was rude to me and didn't help( he ended the chat before I even got response). The second one was very polite and I finally received the order confirmation email. Two days later, my order was canceled because it turned out the item was out of stock. I am very disappointed .

Always loved this store and love thier bras. However last 3 visits the service has been appalling. All colleagues uninterested, laughing amoungst eachother and extremely poor in customer service skills! New policy on no sizing for under 18's even with parents has put me off further!

DO NOT ... I REPEAT.. DO NOT purchase from the VS website. Its a SCAM company. They sent me the wrong item (black instead of pink) and promised me a refund.

I had to spend 2 hours of my time (to and fro to the DHL office) because of their error only to realise their refund is a FAKE!

They "refunded" me the money for the item and on the same day of said "refund" charged me the same amount back (Unauthorized charge) to my credit card.
S.C.A.M. And their customer service is such shitheads too which makes it hard to resolve the issue. Additionally the quality of the items are absolutely horrid. Definitely not worh the 70-100+ price tag.

What was supposed to be a simple pre-Christmas purchase turned into months of frustration.

I ordered a pajama set and received a completely different product (a bra). Instead of fixing their mistake, Victoria’s Secret kept shifting responsibility – sending me between different support teams, suggesting I contact the courier (even though delivery was correct), and even telling me to dispute the payment with my bank.

In the end, they refused any resolution, hiding behind return deadlines that expired largely due to their own delays and lack of proper guidance.

I was left without the product, without a refund, and without any real support.

Only thanks to my bank, which accepted my chargeback after appeal, I was able to recover my money.

Very disappointing experience. A well-known brand, but absolutely unreliable customer service.

Not even one star. The worst customer service ever. I ordered online U002119092 March 8th and I still have not received the package. From March 17th is still in NL and I am in Switzerland…if I was going walking to NL would have been faster!! I used the chat for help, the first agent told me to wait, then to wait longer and then she just ended the chat. The next one, did not end the chat but immediately her offer was to issue a refund, without checking or something. So easy for them just to say I will issue a refund and then you can reorder and we will offer you same prices!! You are a joke!! Waiting for three weeks to receive an order and then you ask me to reorder and wait 3 weeks and who knows if I will receive it. And when I asked her why they don’t contact the carrier to find out where is the package…her response was that it is me who should contact them!!!! And she continued, than because it has not been scanned she will offer me a refund. Why nobody checked from the if it is scanned? They just take the money and then we pray for receiving it!!!!

What happened? The cotton VS underware I bought ripped along the seams, and the elastic is shot and unraveling. I wear the correct size. As a gen x lady I have always grabbed a bunch of the cotten undies in batches and they held up forever. Now...not so much. I need recommendations to a new vendor!

These three ladies at Victoria's Secret at Tyson Mall were super helpful, friendly and informative, Hamasan, Bella and Rehmi went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Their care and service were above and beyond. Bella was also very personable and funny.

I shopped today March 18, 2026 at about 3:45 pm. I waited in line to get a dressing room. The tablets on the wall in the dressing rooms look very convenient if you need another color, size etc. you just push the tablet for an associate. I decided I needed a different size, so I pushed the button on the tablet......and then waited, and waited. I opened the dressing room door to see if I could find anyone...but no. I got dressed, gathered my bags and opened the dressing room door and the associate was just standing a few feet away. I then asked her for a different size and she said ok. Meanwhile, I'm sitting in the dressing room waiting for her return. SHE NEVER CAME BACK. I gathered my belongings and left the dressing room to get the correct size. Now, I have to wait for another associate to unlock the dressing room door. I get in, try the pants on and proceed to the cashier. Along the way, I see the original associate who was supposed to get me another size....I approached her and said "why didn't you come back to the dressing room? I was waiting for you to bring me another size." Her response was "I got called away", and she proceeded to walk away. No apology, nothing! This particular store is HORRIBLE for customer service. The tablets in the dressing room are a nice touch....IF THEY WOULD RESPOND TO THEM. This is the West Des Moines store in Jordan Creek Mall.

Everytime I order it is never delivered on time due to unexpected issues every time

Fantastic service from Victoria Secret. There was some issues with delivery and I called the customer service team.
Jane was super empathetic and helpful and promptly arranged for my item to be redelivered to the correct address.
I updated the address details after ordering so I was very pleased that they agreed to help me. My order just arrived and I’m so happy with the outcome.
Not to mention the overall quality and fit of Victoria Secret underwear being 10/10
