Easy website to order from. The whole bathroom suite came securely wrapped, on a pallet - held tightly in place by shrink wrap. The pallet delivery company was really kind and patient whilst moving vehicles away so he could move it down the drive. When checking, each item was boxed with extra card padding. Only item I didn’t check were the glass shower enclosure as it was a bit too big for me to
manoeuvre.

Ordered a Hudson Reed complete bath mixer set - was sent a damaged box of plundered junk thrown in a plastic bag - items damaged and missing - no telephone number to call and no response from email customer services - please avoid this company at all costs - absolutely appalling dreadful scam artists

Damaged return packaging
I was not totally happy with VP claiming the packaging on a return was damaged when it was not pristine upon delivery. Ellie Boothman rang me to discuss it and despite me being tired and, to say the least, grumpy, she dealt with me really well. Ellie Boothman is a credit to herself and VP.
I will check things more stringently before signing for them in future.

I was frustrated theirs no contact number to talk directly to n advisor. It took 3 attempts on chat live and an email.
Thankfully on the 3rd attempt Sadie Sudworth responded quickly and sorted my issue within minutes.
