Next day delivery is next day delivery not 4 days time. If you can't deliver at the weekend it should be detailed. I accept the bank holiday non delivery but wanted these for the weekend.

bad customer service/after sales
spent a lot with Victorian plumbing whist having my bathroom re-done, had an issue with one of the products and their customer service / after sales is really bad. its been like pulling teeth trying to get responses.

Delivery failures
Not for the first time experiencing delivery issues with this company, paying for next day delivery to not receive my items and have to chase up personally for any answers to get told nothing,
Used to be very reliable in all honesty but recently consistently let you down between them and their delivery partner.
My order has been missing now for 2 days and nobody can seem to tell me when it’s coming or give me any answers other than wait, not ideal when you have customers awaiting a delivery. Delays have massive impacts especially on a small company
