Catherine Gregory was polite and helpful She resolved my complaint quickly and efficiently. I had complained about a douche which had a faulty head and was leaking too. After sending some videos she agreed to send out a replacement spray kit and offered me a 5% discount on my order. Very happy with the outcome

Original live chat with Sadie Sudworth but on receiving invoice there appeared to be an error with product code. Went back on live chat and spoke to Zubair Rehmani who rectified the situation and issued new invoice with correct product which was £10 cheaper than the error order thankfully.
