Misleading marketing
The 290cm black bath handles are lovely. Easy to order, easy to pay for, fairly quick delivery, but I’ve returned them because the gap between the bolts is only 260cm.
The gap between the holes on my bath are 290cm. The marketing is misleading. Consequently I’m left wondering what size handles I actually need. Any suggestions are welcome.

Withholding our refund
We had to return a bath but unfortunately the courier picked up the tub and not the legs. We have since returned the legs (four sets sent by mistake!) and you're withholding our refund. Why? Customer service is shockingly ineffective and slow
