Received goods next day from DHL and its all working.

Arcam Music Boost
I ordered an Arcam Music Boost for my iPhone 6S it was very close to Christmas and I didn’t think I would receive the item till well after Christmas had finished. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the item the following day in perfect condition. The whole process was very quick and efficient and will gladly use Vickers Hifi again when I need to upgrade my home cinema.

Wrong product sent , had real attitude when speaking to manager over the phone.
If I had read reviews beforehand I would have gone somewhere else.

Ordered the items on a Thursday and they were delivered on the following Monday by Courier. I was in but there was no tracking available other than an email on Friday stating that the goods had been dispatched from Vickers warehouse. I did receive a quick reply to an email saying that I should receive the goods on the Monday. The delivery driver was very helpful and the goods were very well packed. I am very happy with my purchase and would have given 5 stars if the delivery information had been better. I would certainly purchase from them again.
