Door was delivered on time and was in good condition.

Local factory, open to allow you to look at the options - Ordering was simple and you can get advice from a human at the other end of an email/phone line, which is important now!

Delivery was on time with a friendly helpful delivery guy sorting the doors out for me as I wanted them in a specific order(!).

I’ve had a lot of doors from this company over the last few years. This was my final addition. I have found that the prices are excellent although delivery costs can be pricey unless you order several doors in one go. The online app is easy to use. Emails received gave me all the info I needed. Even my email asking for a delivery update was carried out quickly and the door arrived the following day. Excellent service all round

Efficient process, the guys were helpful when I collected the door. The door looks really good quality, can't believe the price. It's finished beautifully with the wax oil they recommended. I was able to trim the door to size without any issues. High quality bargain.

We are currently awaiting for a cill from the company. Incorrect size sent out. Our order was quite substantial & we are very pleased with the product. We have ordered from this company before. Unfortunately the aftersales service is diabolical. What could have been resolved very quickly has taken 3 weeks & we still haven’t received the item. Apparently the managers are off sick! Our build has been substantially held up because of this.

Waiting for weeks to the order to be collected as been send all damaged and I have compensation for the trubles and waisted time takeing time off to wait for the order to be collected and today been told by Harry customer service oparator that they done a gesture of good will that they book the collection for free , absolutely ridiculous behaviour from customer service and from this company
