Doors of excellent quality and delivery driver extremely helpful. Roadworks outside of house so he had to carry much further than normal and brought doors into our house for us. Normally delivery drivers will leave at front door.

As with all real oak products there will be natural variation, this is something we have no control over as unfortunately we are unable to tell trees what colour to grow. We wouldn't exchange them as we cannot guarantee the door we exchange will be an exact match to the doors you have on site. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Bought 4 doors of them. 1 was heavily damaged. Send them images and everything but wouldn't help. Very unprofessional and not helpful. Once you pay them you are on your own. I would highly recommend not to buy from this company.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service provided. I can see on the system that your order was delivered on the 15th December with damages not being reported to us until the 7th January. We do state clearly in bright red writing on all order confirmations and within our terms and conditions that all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery taking place, after this time frame claims may be rejected. Unfortunately as this was reported significantly outside of the 48 hour time frame we are unable to take this claim any further. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Would I use them again probably not no
I would give 2 stars first problem they messed up my delivery date told me one date then had to wait weeks for the doors, second problem they sent me a damaged door which put me behind AnThor week or so which I’ve had to wait for AnThor door to come out to me, I’ve had to change the carpenter 3 times now due to there mess up, customer service was not great would i recommend or use again probably not no please think before ordering read the reviews further down and you decide before spending your hard earned money…

Unfortunately sometimes these do still occur however we will always try to get these rectified as quickly as possible. I can see replacements were raised the day after the damage was reported however can only apologise for the delays in getting this rectified for you.

Delivered eventually
EDIT - Doors arrived on 2nd Jan 2026 so just shy of one month after the initial order was placed.
I would give more stars, the deductions are because throughout the whole month of December I didn't receive any communication from Vibrant Doors to ease my concerns, that's despite numerous attempts to contact them both via email and phone.

I ordered 12 doors on 4th December 2025. It's now 26th December 2025 and I've had no doors. I tried calling multiple times but no one answers the phone, tried emailing but of course no one responds.
